Personal report

My name is Wang Wenhui, male, Han nationality, born on March 12, 1955; college degree, member of the Communist Party of China; living in Dazhuang Village, Ziwu Street Office, Daan District. On December 13, 2003, I was transferred to the junior high school of Xinglong Township, Da'an District, where I worked as a principal. The current work situation in the past two years is as follows:

First, adhere to learning, improve their political temperament, and strengthen the ability of the top leaders to lead the overall work.

In the past two years, I have carefully studied a certain number of laws and regulations, especially the laws on education such as the Education Law, the Teacher Law, and the Law on the Protection of Juvenile Rights and Interests, and firmly established the concept of administering schools according to law. Constantly improve the ability to govern schools according to law; re-learned "Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors". Through study, I further clarified the school's ideological and moral education in minors. The status and role of the mission enhances the sense of mission and responsibility. In my spare time, I like to study and browse newspaper articles such as People’s Daily, Metropolis Daily, Tai’an Daily, and Qiushi. I often watch CCTV’s “News Network”, “Focus Interview” and “Today’s Statement”. In the columns, some of the issues closely related to education are sorted out by notes, and discussed and studied. Through learning, I realized that the transformation of the principal's role requires the current principal to update himself. The first is to update education and management concepts. We must take the current international situation and the requirements of the "three represents" as the starting point for us to think about all issues. It is necessary to recognize that education is the foundation of the country's future competitiveness. The foothold of education competitiveness is the quality of graduates. The core is the spirit of innovation and the ability to apply knowledge. The problem of solving the school's competitiveness depends on the wisdom of the principal and the faculty. The second is to face the opportunity and challenge the principal to adjust his psychological quality. To have subjective consciousness and self-confidence, we must have an open mind and a spirit of cooperation. We must have innovative ideas and realistic spirit. We must have a sense of efficiency. We must have the sensitivity of legal opportunities and the courage to capture opportunities. We must take risks. Willpower. The third is to have the ability to adapt to the school management under the socialist market economy. The principal must have the minds of politicians, the ideas of educators, and the strategies of the operators. Fourth, the school management system should be changed accordingly, and the potential of state-owned school resources should be developed. In combination with the education activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members, I feel that I should continue to learn new knowledge, study new situations, and master new skills in my work, so as to continuously improve the consciousness and ability to serve the people.

Second, spend a lot of effort to reverse the passive situation of teaching quality.

The simple concept of teaching is my nature. During my ten years of working as a principal of China, I have never been criticized by the leaders of the higher education and the accusations of the surrounding people because of the quality of teaching. The superior spirit was praised by the leadership for completing other tasks. When I first arrived in Xinglong Middle School, because of the passiveness of the computer theft in the first half of the year and the "anti-non" work of taking the body temperature five times a day, the student group that was damaged for half a year at the same time was placed in front of it. This led to a significant decline in the number of key members of the 2004 senior high school entrance examination, the results of the academic competition "whiteboard", the views of parents, the pressure on the top, and the transfer of students came one after another. At that time, there was a saying that the drums were beaten and beaten. No matter what others think, my feeling is "between the time of defeat and the death of the army." Faced with these problems, I think about it day and night, and I have held several meetings to discuss and study, and found three "cut-in points", namely, the key high school upper-level entry point, the academic competition entry point, and the Xiganhe Village entry point. At the same time, the reward and punishment plan for the senior high school entrance examination and competition was greatly adjusted, and the management measures of these two pieces were strengthened. The teachers of the West Ganhe Village, which are close to the school, the largest number of people and the most opinion, used the weekend visits to communicate with each other. For those students who are expected to be promoted, I and other leaders recorded their addresses, carried them with them, and went deep into their homes from time to time. They changed their diet, work schedule, light bulbs, and the height of the bench. Parents’ views on the school enhance the confidence of students and parents. In 2005, the number of senior high school students in the high school entrance examination increased by 12 from the previous year. The Changan Yizhong Science Experiment Class and the Experimental Parallel Class accepted 4, the National Physics Competition won the first prize, and the National Mathematics Competition won the third prize.

The emergence of several highlights has changed the way people around the school think about the school and reversed the passive situation of the past year. Several parents of the Xigan River repeatedly asked for drums and drums to congratulate the school, and they were all declined by the school.

Third, seize the new opportunity of "creating the strong" and strive to improve the conditions for running a school.

At the beginning of this year, after the prelude to the education of "creating the strong" in the education administration of the Education Bureau, I was mixed. The good news is that the government has to add new education investment to us. The worry is that some of the investment needs to be solved by ourselves. Xinglong Middle School has already been burdened with heavy debts because of the theft of the computer room. Moreover, most of the money owed is It is the hard-earned money of our teachers. But in the end, I still "put down the burden and start the machine." With the support of the Education Bureau, the township government and the education team, under the leadership of the brother school, I secretly "debt the old account, pull the new account, the account is not afraid; the East Wall, the Western Wall, the wall will not fall" determination The teacher again raised more than 100,000 yuan to raise the “School-to-School Connection” project, built an electronic preparation room, and renovated all corners of the school to meet the two acceptances of the Chuangqiang Township and Provincial Expert Group. When I went to the hospital to see a doctor, the doctor asked me if I had a lawsuit or divorced with my wife. I said no. The doctor told me that the disease was caused by fatigue and excessive stress. I was silent. Finally, the medicine that used three hundred dollars is still ineffective. Now every time I get a haircut, when the barber picks up the dislocation, then I naturally think of the scene of “creating the strong”. I think this may be a permanent memory that makes me proud!

Fourth, work and life style.

In terms of work style, I have set up a teaching representative conference, accepting the supervision of the education representative conference, insisting on democratic governance, and never arbitrarily acting exclusively. Small things should be decentralized as much as possible, and other leaders should do their own work, giving full play to their positive, initiative and superiority; the major events are attended by teachers and collective decision-making. I coordinate privately with some work issues between team members. In the past two years, I have not reprimanded every leader, but they are able to grasp their position, unite with me, and take the school committee as the center to keep the government order open.

Xinglong Middle School is located in the west of Chang'an and is also a development zone of Xidian. It seems that it is indeed a place where economic life has an absolute advantage. It is not. The first is the inconvenience of transportation. Generally, you have to walk to Leigan Road for half an hour. If you need to find a tricycle to get to the Xiqiao Highway, you can take the West to the bus. Second is the inconvenience of life. There is no restaurant store near the school, and general shopping needs to go to Qin Town and Guo Du. The school cafeteria is a mix of teachers and students, and it is difficult to do well. Comrades sometimes eat and eat hunger and get Beilei Village outside of 6 miles. My family lives in Wangzhuang Village. I go to the school from home to school. I often walk first, then three rounds, then the bus, then the bus, then three rounds, and finally walk to the school. The fare is nearly 10 yuan, and the time is spent. Hours. On weekdays, I stayed in school for one week, and went home on weekends. It is difficult to guarantee the time when I return to school on Monday. It is said that it is a hired car to pick up the bus, the single fare is more than 50 yuan, and in the Guo Du and Meridian two toll stations, the card is more than 60 yuan. On this issue, I never thought about spending this money from the school, and the school did not have this economic condition. In this regard, I try to compress things going to Weiqu on Friday or Monday. Therefore, some places that are not comprehensive enough, please comrades understand.

The problem of three meals a day is my headache. A simple teacher and student's rice cooker will drag the body in less than half a year. Therefore, comrades can see that I often carry red plastic bags and travel between homes and schools. The office has to prepare dry food such as instant noodles. Some kind-hearted comrades suggested that my lover should also live in the school, cook me while doing something else, earn a little money, and the school has had similar precedents in the past. But I think that I would rather have more hardships in my life and I don't want to use my position for any convenience, and I don't want to have a negative impact on the overall work of the school, so I am determined not to do so.

5. There are problems.

1. At present, there are still some unhealthy phenomena such as fighting and fighting, damage to public property, smoking and drinking, and the moral education of students needs to be further strengthened and improved. In the next step, we still need to focus on the superior work deployment and school work plan, based on the rule of virtue, with the legal system as the guarantee, strengthen and improve the school's ideological and political work and moral education work, in order to cultivate "patriotism and law-abiding, honesty and integrity, unity and friendship." With the goal of qualified students with diligence, self-reliance and dedication, strengthen the civic moral awareness of students, legal education, safety education, especially the cultivation of behavioral norms, and carefully explore the new line of ideological and political education under the new situation; strengthen the class The management of grades promotes the steady improvement of the quality of education and teaching, which makes our school's moral education work a new level.

2, the internal leadership of the leadership team is strong, the overall spirit of collaboration is not enough, need to be strengthened. In addition, the resulting share phenomenon in the teaching staff needs to be resolved.

3. Due to the theft of the microcomputer in 2003, the loss was serious. In addition to the “creative” borrowing and heavy foreign debt, this has brought many adverse effects to our management.
