Jingyue Residential Office 2004 Work Report

Our office is responsible for the planning, research, operation, organization of employee declaration, audit, queuing, housing and operation of loans and housing and housing after the construction of the family members of the Jingyue Campus. The three people in the office can strictly demand themselves, adhere to the principle, earnestly perform their duties, be responsible to the school, be responsible to the employees, and actively work hard to do all the work, and have completed the tasks assigned by the school and the principal. .

In 2004, we roughly did the following work:

1. On the basis of the work of the first phase of the house, cooperate with the Infrastructure Department to deal with various remaining issues, such as doors and windows, water and sewage, heating, gas and security doors of some houses, and various problems of building doors.

2. Handling a large number of problems left over from the heating costs of the first phase of the 2003 winter home.

3. Organize the second-phase residential housing selection work. Research, declaration, review, scoring, queuing, a series of work in multiple rounds of housing and sporadic housing.

4. A total of 238 households in the second phase and 52 households in the first phase were divided.

5. Organize a total of 290 home purchasers to handle various purchase procedures, including housing agreements, purchase contracts, application loans, notarization, insurance and other materials.

6. Collect the purchase funds of the purchasers, handle the loan notarization, insurance and other work.

7. Coordinate with various departments to deal with various problems that arise during the construction process.

8. Coordinate with the departments to check and accept the second phase of the house and deal with the aftermath.

9. Organize the survey of the third phase of the residential project, and redraft the "Northeast Normal University Jingyue Campus Phase III residential fund-raising allocation method>>.

10. Handle all kinds of things that the principal's principal and staff reflect.
