I was born in January 1977. I was admitted to the Physics Department of Nanchang University in 1995. I graduated from Tongxiang in 1999 and taught in Tongxiang. I have met many good teachers and friends here. During the passage of the years, I am still growing, working and studying. I have gained a lot and I have learned a lot.
I first came to Tongxiang Yizhong to teach because I met the principal of Tan Bingfa at that time. My acquaintance made me know that education is the future of the country, the hope of life, and the source of family happiness and happiness. A qualified teacher can use his own strength to create great talents for the country, add bright colors to the harmony of the society, and open the door to the happiness of others. Therefore, I hope to stand on one side of the platform and shed a sweat to realize one. Dream, you can't be a great man, let yourself do your own strength for others' talents. The height of the station and the distance to see it are indeed a beautiful scenery, but it can be a step, although it can not be seen from afar. Teacher, I feel that I should do such a great job, ordinary and real, material gains may not be many, but can achieve their greatest value in life. In order to achieve this goal, I must become a solid step, full of knowledge and love, so I have to learn more.
During my teaching in Tongxiang No. 1 Middle School, I was fortunate enough to meet several elites in the teaching business. Song Guoqiang, Zhao Huisong, Cui Biyuan and all the members of the physical group. When I first came to the podium, I was not too proud of my university's excellent results, because this is the basic condition for becoming a good teacher. In order to improve each class, my practice is several times that of the students. I have to let myself be able to recite the topic and be able to skillfully analyze the different methods of solving the problem for the students. In order to get a good job in each lesson, I have to learn more from the old teachers and more classes. In the first three years of teaching, each I have to use more than two notebooks during the semester. In this process of learning, I slowly have my own teaching style, and the students also like my physics class. The students' evaluation results are excellent, and the students' test scores can always occupy the leading position in the parallel class. In 2004, I won the first prize in the quality assessment of Tongxiang City; I won the first prize in the basic ability test of young teachers in Tongxiang City. In June 2002, the three one-class class exams I took were all passed. In June 2003, the students in the high school of the boat successfully walked out of the exam room. In September 2003, I had three high school classes. The classmates of all classes are working hard. The physical scores of the selected classes are always in the forefront of the whole school. The students in the key classes have created more than the best class results in the first year of high school. The success of the student’s study, I also gained the joy of my heart. In August of this year, under the arrangement of the superiors, I came to Fengming High School. The new atmosphere here gave me the impulse to create higher achievements. I think I will work harder and work harder. The students struggled in their lives.
Teachers must first learn and then teach. In order to work better and be more effective in teaching, I have been learning to charge for a few years. I graduated from non-teacher colleges in 2002 and participated in the self-study exam in Zhejiang Province. I obtained the certificate of education and psychology examination. In March 2001, I participated in the Mandarin test. The results reached Grade II B. In July 2002, I participated in Zhejiang. The provincial teacher's computer secondary examination, with excellent grades, participated in the new third-level examination in August this year, and the results were qualified. In 2003, with the consent of the school leaders, he applied for a master's degree in in-service education at Zhejiang Normal University with a score of 213 points, which was more than 50 points higher than the admission line and scored more than 50 points. In March this year, I also scored 73 points in the National Public English Level 3 Examination. In June this year, the self-study exam passed the certificate of training for the basic knowledge of mental health education for Chinese teachers in Zhejiang Province.
Education and scientific research is the path of teachers' growth. While doing a good job in daily teaching, I also actively participate in education and research, and have achieved certain results. From 1999 to 2000, he participated in the provincial planning project "Cultivating Students' Innovative Ability in Physics Experiments" and won the first prize of the province. In 2002, he was responsible for the Tongxiang City project "Research and Practice of Aesthetic Education in Physics Teaching", and in 2004 The conclusion is in September. The papers written have won the second prize of Jiaxing City every year since 2002. In 2003, he was awarded the research and development of the Open School-based Curriculum for Senior High School Physics by the Physics Teaching Committee of the China Education Society. Spreading love and caring for students not only makes the classroom full of laughter, but also allows students to triumph in each exam, but also in their own moral education. After work, I took the initiative to take on the work of the class. When I was standing in front of the parents as a young class leader, I saw a little worry in the eyes of the parents. However, the results of the test gave the parents great comfort. In the middle of the year, my class scored 20 points higher than the parallel class. The physics of my own teaching was 7-8 points higher than the parallel class. In the golden autumn season, I took the students to Wuzhen to play and prepare the cultural programs with the students. The trust of students in me also made me feel the happiness of being a class leader. In 2002, because of the need of work, the school had to strengthen the faculty of a boat class. I was assigned to teach at a high school in the middle of the boat. I had to put down the good class work that I had done in the middle. In 2003, when I sent a class of students to the university, I took up the class work of the first class. In my work, I regard "trust, care, and strictness" as my creed to handle class affairs. Believe in students, in order to allow students to demonstrate their abilities, in order to exchange students' trust and dependence on teachers. Things in the class, no matter how big or small, can be completed by the students themselves, I don’t have to do it myself; let the students organize the class self-discipline committee and give the class cadres more power, which makes the classes in my class well organized. The student's ability has been further developed. The trust in the students is of course also in exchange for the trust of the students. Some students are pursued by the boys, she will ask for help from me; there are contradictions between the parents of the classmates, they will talk to me; some students are under too much pressure to learn. They will find me talking. These made me stand among the students. Caring for students, this is a sign of a good teacher. Hold one of the podiums, I love my students, and when students need me, I will definitely be by their side. During the several years of class work, the students have to go to the hospital. The money is not enough. I will take the money to the students. When I am out of school, they will call me and I will send them to the hospital. . The students are ill and guarded in front of their beds. This is the responsibility of a teacher and the teacher’s love for the students. Zhang Xinyu is a child of a single-parent family. I took care of him during my illness. I felt that I was only doing my own thing. Later, my relatives came to the school and thanked me because Zhang Xinyu told her family. Teacher Luo’s care for me made me very moved!” Only trust and love are not enough for class guidance. Students need us to guide them correctly. This requires us to strictly demand, encouragement and criticism are necessary for students. In my class, I ask students to have a sense of competition. With this belief and teaching philosophy, despite 36 years of teaching, I still insist on teaching middle school, learning to teach, working hard, persisting in sick work, and struggling in the front line of teaching.
In the past, some people thought that trade unions were welfare associations, only issuing labor insurance supplies, visiting old and sick, and helping to overcome difficulties. This is not the case. The trade union is the link between the school's party and government to connect with the faculty and staff, and is the bridge to communicate the relationship between the cadres and the cadres. The faculty and staff are the dependents and vital forces of the school. As the chairman of the school union, I and the backbone of the trade union fully utilized the main body of the education representative conference. They played a huge role in mobilizing the faculty and staff to participate in politics, discuss politics, participate in democratic management schools, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff. I can always stick to the principle, dare to fight against bad tendencies, do my best in doing things, and work hard to do it.
