My name is Liu Feng, male. I am a year old, member of the Communist Party of China. I am currently the deputy director of the Pengcheng Judicial Office. Since I joined the work in the year, under the correct leadership of the party group, I have been actively making progress and working hard, and have completed various judicial administrative tasks. A brief summary of the work at a recent time is as follows:

First, adhere to learning and improve the political business

I am a new comrade who is a young comrade, so I have a certain gap with my old comrades in terms of work experience and work methods. Since I joined the work, I have focused on finding work and ideological deficiencies, and carefully analyzed the shortcomings of various aspects and improved them. In particular, since the implementation of the educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members, I have carefully studied theoretical articles, wrote the experience in accordance with the requirements, and rectified the standards of party members in the new era. In conjunction with this year's "two whole trees" activity, I have earnestly studied the speeches of the leaders of the District Political and Legal Committee and the leaders of the bureau at the mobilization meeting. In the work, they have refrained from "a hurricane and ten diseases" and put an end to "eat, take, card, It is necessary to wait for the occurrence of bad behavior. Through the development of the above activities, I have further corrected the idea of ​​"building the party for the public and governing for the people."

Second, carry out various judicial administrative work

(1) Highlight the work of the grassroots judicial office and the people's mediation committee in an all-round way with the "two major projects".

According to the requirements of the bureau's standardization construction work at the beginning of the year, the village, village, village, community and other units were selected as the pilot units of the standardized people's mediation committee. In the work, we strive for the support of the main leaders of the village and the community for the people's mediation work, and give priority to the office buildings and office facilities. At the same time, the construction of the internal software of the People's Mediation Committee was promoted, and the exhibition cards and house numbers were produced for the key villages; and a unified archive box and mediation documents were issued for these units. In addition, the use case will train the mediators in the town. The whole year will be trained 12 times, the accumulated training time is 15 days, and the training staff is 500 person-times. The mediation business knowledge is systematically learned.

(2) Focusing on the inspection and acceptance of the 4th and 5th laws and regulations, and carrying out the legal publicity and education work.

This year is the last year of the "Four-Five" Law Popularization. At the beginning of the year, the main points of the legal publicity and education work this year were issued in a timely manner, combined with the Constitutional Amendment, the Administrative Licensing Law, the Road Traffic Safety Law and the New Letters and Visits Regulations. The implementation of the implementation of the relevant files, the decomposition of the work objectives of the law, the focus of the deployment of the town's legal publicity work. After the "fourth five-year" law-enforcement mobilization meeting was opened, our town held a meeting in time to deploy our town to meet the inspection work. During the period, I assisted the director in arranging the archives since the beginning of the “Four-Five” law-enforcement work, and went deep into the villages and communities to help grass-roots cadres to collate relevant files. The company successfully greeted the inspection and acceptance of the “Four-Five” Pro-Funding Inspection Group of the district and city.

In addition, in order to strengthen the leadership of the work of law-enforcement, the adjustment and enrichment of the township legal publicity and education leading group and the staff of the office. Different forms of law-enforcement activities such as sending people to the countryside and going to the countryside due to time and people. For example, in March, combined with the Comprehensive Governance and Publicity Month, we launched the activities of sending the law to the countryside. The township leaders, deputy secretaries and other township leaders personally participated in the publicity, and distributed publicity materials to the people in the past to answer the public consultation. On December 4th, a large-scale event on the Legal Publicity Day was launched. In conjunction with the newly enacted laws this year, the lectures on the legal system were held in a concentrated manner. They were the "Legislative Amendment" study lectures, the "Administrative Licensing Law" study lectures and the "Road Traffic Safety Law" study lectures.

(3) Establishment of a democratic and rule of law model village

In accordance with the requirements of the district and the city, the Institute has refined the assessment indicators, supervised the villages, and corrected the problems existing in the establishment activities of the villages. Through the development of this activity, the various rules and regulations of the village-level organization have been established, and democratic elections, democratic supervision, democratic management, and democratic financial management have become commonplace. The appearance of the village has changed considerably. At present, villages, villages and villages have been rated as district demonstration villages for democracy and rule of law.

(4) Resettlement assistance and teaching work

In 2005, our town received and investigated the personnel of the prisoners. After the list of new returnees was issued by the grassroots department, we actively contacted the units of the criminal interpretation staff, and made advance arrangements, implemented resettlement assistants, and grasped the situation as soon as possible. The relevant report was reported on time.

(5) Cooperating with the central work of the town party committee government

Third, the existing shortcomings and future efforts

After several years of work, under the training of the organization, with the help of the comrades, although my work ability has been improved, I have achieved some results, but compared with the requirements of the leaders and other young comrades, I still have a lot of deficiencies.

First, the study is not solid enough. I have not grasped enough political theory and business study, and it is not timely enough. For example, the inadequacy and timeliness of some newly enacted laws and regulations, there is still a certain degree of psychological coping, and I am absent-minded when I study. From the depths of my heart, learning is an important matter to improve my own quality. In the future, I will strengthen my study. Whether it is political theory study or legal business knowledge learning, whether it is the archives of the judicial office, document management, or computer and office automation skills, I must learn to adapt to the requirements of judicial administration in the new era.

Second, the grassroots work experience is not enough. Although working at the grassroots level for many years, it is not enough to master the grassroots work experience. Especially for the investigation and mediation of some civil disputes in rural areas and communities, although it is theoretically known what to do, it is a little difficult to combine with practical problems. In the future work, I will always learn from experienced veteran comrades and learn their rich social experience and mediation skills.
