In 2005, I served as the deputy general manager of Wenzhou Telecom Industrial Co., Ltd., assisting the general manager to carry out the daily management of the company and in charge of the company's market operations. In the past year, I have stepped up my studies, especially by participating in the "Protection of the Advanced Education of Communist Party Members" organized by the Party Committee of the company, so that I have further understanding of the importance and necessity of how to maintain the advanced nature of Party members proposed by the Party Central Committee. One. Seek truth and be pragmatic, grasp performance and promote management

At the beginning of the year, according to the business decision-making of the company's leadership team and the general manager's work ideas, continue to strengthen the business analysis of each business professional, seriously treat the problems found, organize the marketing department and the business department to conduct special analysis, and timely adjust the deviations in the business activities. . On the basis of earnestly summarizing the responsibility contract of the boiling blue direct store, this year, according to the competition situation of mobile terminal market sales, a pure profit index for the business center was implemented; the performance appraisal method of excess and company share. After a year of practice, the performance model is feasible and can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees in the business center. This performance model reflects the harmony and common interests of the company and employees, and has received good results. In the highly competitive mobile phone and PHS terminal sales market, all employees of the business center have worked hard and stood firm. As of the end of November 2005, the business center had completed sales income of 88.88 million yuan and completed gross profit of 2.88 million yuan.

Since its establishment in 2003, Wenzhou Boiling Branch has been in the leading position in the province for many years. In 2005, it continued to maintain a good business posture. This year's business income and profit completion are far ahead of other provinces in the province. In particular, the sales performance of telecom recharge voucher is very prominent. At present, the sales of recharged voucher has reached 118 million yuan, far exceeding the other brother regions in the province. By the end of November, the company had completed a total sales income of 125 million yuan and achieved a gross profit of 2.14 million yuan. The annual budget indicator issued by the provincial boiling blue company at the beginning of the year has been completed ahead of schedule. At the same time, the boiling blue direct Internet cafes also stood out in the fierce market competition and achieved good economic and social benefits. Boiling Blue Internet Café was hired as the vice president unit by Lucheng District Internet Cafe Association in 2005 and was selected. It is one of the top ten green Internet cafes in Wenzhou, and is highly praised by the leaders of the provincial boiling blue company. At present, Wenzhou Boiling Blue Direct Internet Cafe enjoys a high reputation in the local government management department, provincial industrial company, provincial boiling blue company, Wenzhou Telecom main business and Wenzhou internet cafe industry.

two. Combine with telecom transformation, expand new business in a timely manner

According to the actual situation of Wenzhou Telecom Industry, combined with the transformation of telecommunications, we have selectively cooperated with the main business in September this year to "business pilot" business, and fully prepared for this. In order to minimize the cost investment, the marketing department and its subordinate business departments selected three professional counterparts to form a “business pilot” SP business preparation team. It is understood that the business has potential for development and the prospects are promising. The main business has already made specific deployments for the promotion of the business next year. It is expected that the business will have a breakthrough next year. In October, according to the requirements of the provincial industrial company, we overcame various difficulties and established the Nantian branch in the counties of Wenzhou and actively carried out related business. This move strongly supported the PHS business carried out by the local telecommunications industry. The establishment of Nantian Branch in various places is also a strong support for the future restructuring and listing of the provincial industrial professional subsidiaries.

Problems and the concept of work in 2006

1. The mobile phone terminal sales of Wenzhou Telecom Industrial Business Center is related to the mobile company.

Cooperative operation, the profit is divided into two parties. But now the mobile company has to take back the business space for its own use, so the mobile phone sales cooperation between the industrial company and the mobile company will be suspended around the 2006 Spring Festival. How to give full play to the advantages of the industrial business center is an important issue that we are currently considering. At present, the advantageous business of the business center; PHS maintenance and sales have entered the telecom business hall. How to make this business bigger and better is an important issue that we must practice in 2006.

II. In 2004 and 2005, based on company leadership decisions, we strengthened some professions.

Although performance management has achieved good results, there are still some problems. For example, the understanding and understanding of performance management by grassroots managers is not in place, and it is not possible to truly correct the overall situation and local relationships. In the future, we must strengthen learning, improve the comprehensive level of grassroots managers, refine the performance appraisal methods, and do a better job in performance management.

III. Analyze the business carried out by the boiling blue branch in 2005, and found that the best thing to do is to sell telecom recharge tickets. The completion of the rest of the business is not very satisfactory. Although the annual budget assessment indicators have been completed ahead of schedule, the development of the entire business is still not balanced. In 2006, we will combine the opportunities of industrial restructuring and integration, implement the principle of doing something different, carefully analyze the business structure of the boiling blue branch, and increase the strength of expanding the value-added business while doing the traditional advantageous business. The alliance's business is doing better.

In short, in 2005, Wenzhou Telecom Industrial Company's market management work achieved good results, and the business was fully profitable. For this reason, the employees paid hard work and hard work. However, there are still some problems, such as the lack of performance appraisal systems and methods, how to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of market management professionals, etc., which are all waiting for us to think, work hard, and improve.
