K3 Logistics System

Use

K3 logistics system can timely, effectively and accurately report the demand of on-site parts to the department, and can accurately reflect the parts and the situation on the spot. However, due to frequent replacement of parts, some products have not been input in time. Application, and we also need to enter the warehouse, approve, out of the warehouse, and then approve. When returning, it is even more cumbersome. In the long run, the data is inevitably lost, which is inconvenient for on-site work.

The system is not particularly stable, often not going up; the speed is also very slow; and it can't be submitted after a lot of hard-working basic entry, taking up a lot of time.

Since we use the system often, especially as a librarian, the usage rate is higher, so I feel even more profound.

Quality information database

We usually enter the quality information database in the spare parts that we usually replace on the locomotive, and carefully fill in the replacement parts processing process and processing results.

The feedback of the whole system to the on-site information can be timely and effective, but sometimes it is necessary to enter an infrequently used accessory. The model of the spare part cannot be found in the database, and it is hoped that the system function can be improved.

We often use this database and find that it still has the following defects: After logging in to the 8489 website, it can't enter the system smoothly; after entering the entry, it can't be submitted, and it needs to be written many times before it can succeed.

Product service capability

There are a total of 6 AC transmission locomotives in Zhengzhou, including 3 Austar locomotives, 2 Jiufang locomotives and 1 Tissot locomotive. At the same time, we also often participate in the service of the Western Light AC transmission freight locomotive.

Our products are mainly the core components of the locomotive. The key service target is the AC locomotive, which has been fully affirmed by the users. It has now operated 980,000 kilometers safely and will soon complete the assessment task issued by the Ministry of Railways.

However, because the product belongs to the experimental stage, the technology is still not very mature, so it is inevitable that failure will occur. In the process of adding and multiplying, timely, accurately and effectively solve the faults that occurred and guide the users, and timely report the problems and treatments to the department.

As the service person in charge of Zhengzhou AC drive products, in this case, I need to have a relatively complete knowledge structure and field experience. I also need to lead the service staff to work actively while doing the service. Everyone works very seriously. It has been approved and recognized by users, collaborative manufacturers, and related personnel.

For example: in December last year, the Austrian locomotive was normally towed on the way to Beijing. The capacitor exploded and caused the phase components to burn out. After the single frame was punctured to Beijing, it was detained. Zhengzhou Aoxing service personnel rushed to Beijing with the accessories at night. The locomotive's normal attendance plan was eliminated, and the locomotive attached to the locomotive was changed to temporary repair.

Also, in October last year, the Australian Star No. 1 locomotive was in the factory for the first time to go to Wuchang on the way to the bus. Timing personnel Wuchang warehousing inspection, found that all GTO components on the motor side are short-circuited, I immediately concluded from the circuit diagram: the possibility of all damage is very small, the above phenomenon may be caused by the damage of two GTO components on a phase component The three-phase windings are connected in parallel to each other, so that the above-mentioned malfunction phenomenon occurs.

So I immediately suggested removing the large motor wire and re-measuring it, damaging a total of three GTO components on the two phase components.

So I have judged according to the faults of the previous Austrian Star and the China Star: It is very likely that there is a phase-to-phase short circuit between the three windings of the motor in the factory, which causes damage to our main transformer. Therefore, I immediately sent people to Wuchang for inspection while reporting to the relevant personnel, and suggested that the Zhuzhou factory inspect and repair the motor.

In the end, I was convinced that the big line in the factory was short-circuited while the car was being parked. Both sides were repaired and completed within one day. They continued to go online and went to Beijing through Zhengzhou. This failure is treated as a repair.

There are many similar situations, and they are not listed one by one.

In normal times, I try my best to cooperate with the user's car inspection personnel to test the car several times, correct the user's bad psychology, dispel their concerns, so that they can work with confidence, so as to better serve the service.
