I worked as a school administrator in the 2005 school year. Looking back at the artifacts of this year, there are both joys of success and hardships.

First, wholeheartedly for the school, the grand selfless and steady source
"Gerco is a teacher, and he is a model." As a teacher, I am led by morality. In my work, I often warn myself: First of all, we must have “psychological capacity”, be able to withstand loneliness, withstand setbacks, and transmit the joy, harvest and joy of thinking to students in a timely manner. The heart is on the cause of education.
Over the years, I have always placed the honor of the school in the first place, giving up the opportunity to be transferred from the mountains again and again. In order to ensure the steady improvement of the quality of school education and ensure the stability of students, this summer, together with many teachers, I braved the heat, visited some villages in Lijia Town, exchanged and communicated with parents, and achieved social Our school has further understanding and trust.
Second, diligent and diligent for teaching, work hard
As the academic director, in the face of the burden of teaching management, I firmly establish two kinds of consciousness:
1. Service awareness. The work of the Academic Affairs Office is trivial and complex. At work, I can start from the overall situation, always thinking about teachers everywhere, often thinking deeply into the teachers and students, listening to their voices, capturing their wishes. Lead by example, obey the labor discipline of the school, never leave the post without any reason, one morning and one night every semester, together with the class guide, come to the middle of the students about half an hour earlier, to know the situation of teachers and students to the school, never late once. In the evening, I always take the shuttle coaching office to get a good understanding of the evening counseling and evening supervision classes. I didn't go home until after the end of the self-study.
2. Cooperation awareness.
In the past year, I have always correctly understood myself, in the spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic, taking care of the overall situation in my work, integrating groups, and striving to form synergy in management. Fortunately, without management experience, I got the guidance and help from the school leaders and the faculty and staff. They offered suggestions for me. The enthusiasm of my colleagues has strengthened my confidence in my work. I have been familiar with this difficult task from the strange work. The support in the work of the heads of various disciplines has alleviated the pressure of my work, the open-mindedness and tolerance of the teachers and the mentality of the work.
Third, regular work, standardization, process implementation steps
The work of the Academic Affairs Office seems to be doing housework. It has been busy for a long time, but it can’t say what has been done. The cooperation between He Jun’s teachers is helping each other.
Organize and manage teaching work.
1. Developed and implemented a school-wide teaching work plan, and regularly checked and implemented it to ensure the implementation of the teaching plan. A comprehensive understanding of the school's teachers' thinking, business standards and teaching abilities, and properly arrange the teaching tasks of teachers.
2. Review the work plan of the teaching and research group, and hold regular meetings of the teaching and research team leaders to discuss and promote the development of teaching and research.
3. Regularly check the teacher's preparation and teaching situation, and have plans to organize evaluation courses and report classes. Understand the teaching dynamics and teaching situation through out-of-office lectures, teaching and research activities, holding parent conferences, student seminars, etc., and propose improvement suggestions based on existing problems.
Organizational management
1. Make efforts to recruit students, prepare classes, suspend classes, transfer schools, return to school, transfer classes, graduate work, and establish and improve student records and graduate files.
2. At the end of the organization period, the monthly examination and examination work, for each examination, with the cooperation of the subject teachers, our school can do serious invigilation, strictly review the volume, pay attention to each operation details, strive to test the results objectively and impartially, and ensure the students The academic achievements have been balanced.
3. Regularly improve the teaching exchange between schools. Master each other's teaching dynamics and capture teaching information.
In short, the responsibility of the middle-level leaders is that the popular ones are "the situation is sent out, the situation is known", which plays a role as a bridge. Looking back on the academic affairs in the past year, I can help teachers understand the teaching dynamics in a timely manner, and better complete the teaching and research section. The various educational and teaching tasks that the school delivered to me.
Teaching management is a difficult and complicated task. Due to my lack of experience and ability, many work needs to be further improved. For example, the teaching management method needs to be further standardized, and the teaching quality analysis needs to be further rationalized. The teaching evaluation system needs to be further scientific, and the teacher business management and assessment needs to be scientific and democratic.
