In July 1996, I graduated from the Political History Department of the Political Education Department of Chongqing Normal University. The ideological and political class is a discipline that teaches students how to find, analyze, and solve problems—this is my understanding of the political discipline. I try to convey information and knowledge to students in an easy-to-understand language, transform boring political textbook knowledge into a vivid classroom language, and strive to cultivate students' logical thinking ability and rational thinking ability: "Give it a fish, it is better to teach it." Since I took office, I have been in the third grade of four classes of political classes every semester, and 12 classes per week. The teaching results are very outstanding. The class I teach has maintained the first place in the town for the five consecutive years of the city's unified examination and the average score of the senior high school entrance examination. The pass rate remained above 80%, and the excellent rate was about 30%, which was praised by the town education group. The students I teached, Liu Zuoliang, Liu Cihua and others, were admitted to Jinshan Middle School; Zhao Duanbiao, Liu Jinying, Bei Chaoxiong and other dozens of students were admitted to Chaoyang Normal School or Chaoyang Yizhong; hundreds of students such as Zhao Zhuanghao, Zhuang Jianxiu and Zhan Hongyuan were admitted. Due to outstanding performance, I have been the head of the school's political history teaching and research group since 1999 and the third-year team leader since 2002. In October 2001, I was appointed by the Town Education Office as the leader of the political discipline of the town and the leader of the teaching and research group of the political center. Under my leadership, the political teaching and research group of our town firmly grasped the direction of education reform, closely monitored the development of the "new curriculum", and organized a teaching and research seminar, such as attending Chendian Middle School in October 2001 and October 2002.
