I. Training work
During the semester, the Department of Training and Training held three different levels of training courses, namely, the teaching function training course for the vice president of the Daoli District Middle School, the training course for the district principals and the training class for the village level teachers. 94 trainees were trained, of which I served two. Second, the subject research
After the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, the provincial key project “Exploration and Research on the Essentials and Training Models of Expert Principals” undertaken by the Ministry of Training and Training will be applied for completion after four years of research work. In the course of the research, I was able to write a series of related materials according to the requirements and needs of the subject. At the same time, I was entrusted by the training department to write the second part of the research report, through questionnaires, expert interviews, and literature review. In contact with the actual training work, a research report of 15,000 words was formed. At the same time, we compiled the research results into a collection and published the "Dao Li District Education and Research Achievements Proceedings". The book collected 92 articles, 540,000 words, which is the crystallization of the management of the principals of the district, and is also the comrade of the Ministry of Training. Research results.
Third, the network work
The Department of Training and Training attaches great importance to the construction of network resources and environment. After many revisions, the dry training homepage has a profound impact on various tasks with its powerful features, convenience and speed. In the training work, we made full use of the advantages of the network resources of the training department, actively carried out online forums and academic research, promptly responded to the principals to post, discussed problems related to disciplines and training with the trainees, and realized trainers and training. Fourth, investigation and research
In order to further summarize the training experience during the 10th Five-Year Plan period and explore the training ideas of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, I designed the “Question Questionnaire for the Status of the Chinese Primary School President of Harbin”, in Daoli District, Nangang District, and Power Questionnaires were conducted among the principals of the five districts, such as district, cottage area and Daowai district. 500 questionnaires were distributed and 400 copies were collected, including 300 valid questionnaires. Through the analysis and analysis of the data, the software analysis system SPSS10.0 was used. The analysis yielded the research results and formed a 40,000-word research report. The survey provided a favorable basis for the training of the “Eleventh Five-Year” principals.
V. Assisting city and district work
