I have been working for half a year. Although I used to be a student cadre during college, especially when I was a senior, I worked as a counselor for a year. But when I really did the counselor as a profession, I found out that I was a student. Cadres are totally different. 1. Self-positioning

Regarding the positioning of the “counselor”, I worked with many counselors after my work. Through the discussion with them and what I experienced, I feel that the counselor should first be the “instructor”. The full name of our profession is “Ideological and Political Counselor”, then ideological and political education should be the most basic aspect of our work. We must guide our students in thinking and politics, and guide them to develop in a healthy and correct direction. That is to say, we must strive to train students to be attitude-oriented, healthy, self-criticized, and capable. After four years, he can become an independent person who can stand up in society. When I first gave the students a class meeting, I said to them: "I hope that through a period of communication, you can trust me very much. What can be the first thing that comes to me? But at the same time, I hope to pass more. For a long time of exchange, I can pass on all the things that are helpful to you in your own body, so that no matter what difficulties you face in the future, no one will come to me again, because each of you has an independent problem. We should not bind them all to the same kind of person we think is perfect, but should lead to the potential for them to grow with their own personality.

2. Work in ideological and political aspects

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council recently issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving College Students' Ideological and Political Education", stressing that the mainstream of contemporary college students' ideological and political conditions is positive, healthy, and uplifting. They love the party, love the motherland, love socialism, and can resolutely Support the party's line policy. However, faced with the complex and ever-changing situation of domestic and foreign situations, especially due to some social corruption and the negative influence of liberalism, many students have had an indifferent attitude toward the party’s leadership and socialism, and feel that they have little to do with themselves. As long as you can grow up well, you can have a good career in the society, you can't think of the "social responsibility" you should have. In response to this problem, I asked several of my classes to continually hold ideological and political studies, so that everyone can recognize the historical responsibility of being a college student who should have the responsibility of “the responsibility of the world”, and for some questions, such as whether to support the class. Whether the activities of the committee and the student union should be discussed regardless of other studies. Many students realized their sense of responsibility on their shoulders and began to collect news. The members of the Youth League Committee also constantly asked me for patriotism, socialism, and team spirit. I fully support them in this respect, and I have personally visited it several times. The class is learning with them. Three letters from Chinese American Li Kaifu to Chinese college students have caused a wave of learning in the university. I also printed these three letters and organized classes to learn how they should do in college. In order to have something to gain. These political studies have achieved very good results, and through this kind of activities, the purpose of promoting classmate exchanges has been achieved. It is hoped that through this kind of activity, it will not only bring them a study, but give them a kind of consciousness, so that they can actively seek information in this area after school, and form a good atmosphere of active learning and independent learning.

At the same time, in order to guide the new students to establish the great ideals of communism and establish the firm belief of Marxism, at the beginning of the official school, I introduced them to the program of joining the party in the university and told them that our school is based on “mature One, the principle of developing one, as long as the students are advanced in thinking and outstanding in performance, we will consider it. Among the 285 students I have taken, 173 students submitted their applications to the party organization, accounting for 60.7% of all students. For this part of the students who submitted the application for joining the party, they also conducted targeted interviews, and in the ideological and political study, let the party members in the class conduct targeted dialogues in the class, and constantly make them firmly adhere to the party and socialism. belief.

At the same time as the six classes at level 04, I am still a member of the student union. In the guidance to the Students' Union, I also adhere to the working ideas of combining teaching and management with guidance. In the "half-month talk" on the ideological and political study of the recently organized student union, I told them from the giant view that the students should pay attention to the problems. At the same time, I invited several experienced teachers to the team of the student union. Construction and psychological issues were guided. These ideological and political studies enable members of the Students' Union to feel that they are indeed gaining in the environment of the Student Union. These growths and gains will play a role in guiding them to a healthy and correct direction in their future work and life.

3. Work in daily management

The counselor is still an "administrator". After half a year of intense work, the current 04-level freshman class has been formed, and the class construction is also being carried out autonomously. Before this, especially during military training, the main focus of my work is management. Above, at that time, basically three to four times a week to check the dormitory to eleven, to communicate the requirements and files in various schools and organize their various activities in the school. The days are full, and I have used this opportunity to communicate with my classmates. After the establishment of the class committee, these tasks will be completed by the class committee. What I have done is to manage my class committee. It is possible to establish the prestige of the class committee, so that they can get exercise, reduce the burden of the counselor, and take time to think about some issues in ideological politics and class construction. I require every class member to conduct strict attendance every day, and hand me the attendance form last week on a weekly basis, and occasionally go to each class to conduct random checks and attendance to supervise the study committee members; The boys’ dormitory will take a lap. If the classmates who find out the night are not serious, they must deal with them seriously. At the same time, they will communicate with each class and group secretary in time to get the latest news in the class. In order to facilitate the work, I spent two days doing a database and input all the materials into the database, including the student's own information: name, gender, date of birth, ID number, entrance exam score, etc. And some things that I got after I got to the university, such as how many hardships are subsidized, when I apply for a student loan, what is the amount of the application, what rewards I have received, when I got it, and so on. Through this database, much work has been greatly reduced. In the next semester, you only need to refill the corresponding materials, so that when they graduate, they will have a complete electronic file.

In the daily management work, a relatively large aspect should be considered as a problem of “poor students”. Most of our students come from Shandong. Many of them come from the countryside. It is their advantage to be hard-working, honest and honest, and family difficulties are the biggest obstacle to their growth and progress or the ability to study with peace of mind. This part of the class is not a minority. Therefore, the degree of doing and not doing the work of this part of the classmates is basically a question that relates to the stability of our students' work. Our school has a series of measures for the poor students: "award, loan, diligence, supplement, and exemption." The most I have been exposed to in the past six months has been “complement” and “loan”. After the start of the school in October, we entered the review stage of the difficulty subsidy. After the application of the classmates, the situation in the class, and the discussion with the class committee, we finally determined the list of each class of difficulty subsidies. I don't understand, so there are some problems in the middle. Many students came to me to reflect the problems. Later, they were able to fully affirm the classmates in the spirit of democracy. The main job in November was to organize and collect student loans. Student loans are the most important solution for students with particularly poor families. Therefore, I am very cautious and patient on this issue, no matter when the materials arrive. It must be sent to the student office in the first time, and even the last bus with the student loan. After half a year of hard work, basically the poor students in each class can successfully go to the present.

One of the more important aspects of daily management is to guide the work of the student union. At the beginning of the student union, many things have to be further formed. In this regard, we have established various systems, selected officers, and completed several relatively large activities on the basis of stability, in which the students of the original three departments can be well integrated. Now that I am nearing the end of the period, I can confidently say that the integration of the Student Union has been completed very well. As the instructor of the general branch, I am guiding them what they should do. I also help them to make suggestions or to coordinate with other departments in problems they can't handle. In the daily management of the student union, I also put my position in the right place, put forward the recommendations of the general branch, and guide the students to develop in a mature direction. Less in the middle, more requests, let them explore the work experience in their own practice, and then solve problems that can not be resolved, help solve. The student union's work is very complicated and very tired, but in the process, it is also a small exercise and improvement for me.

At the same time, I am also an organization member of the party branch. In addition to recording various meetings, I am also responsible for the collection of party fees every month. We stipulate that the monthly party fee for the 10th of each month, most of the students can pay on time, these daily work also needs patience to do.

4. Some deficiency

This semester is the first semester after my work. It is also a turning point in my life. It has changed me from a student to a teacher. The half-year teacher career has given me a lot of things, not just experience, but more. What is important is some shortcomings:

Grab a lot of grabs, but caught enough. Most of my students are very good and very good, but they do not rule out the destructive effects of individual activists in the class. For example, some students are absent from school and go online. I have talked to this group of students, but the effect is not very good. They are very individual people. They can't restrain them very well through one or two conversations. What's more important is the communication with their parents and the relationship. Long-term exchanges with classmates. These points may lead to become a line, and this point must be killed before he drives him.

From the outset, there was no good attention to health issues. Hygiene is not a small problem, it can reflect whether a classmate is responsible. However, since I did not pay attention to health issues from the beginning, many of the classes in many classes have failed in health and are in a very embarrassing situation. According to the regulations of the school, there are no qualifications for the two or more failed dormitory. In this way, few dormitories can qualify for evaluation. In response to this situation, a number of regulations have been formulated, and two or more failed qualifications to cancel the evaluation. At the same time, the qualifications for the difficulty subsidy for all students in the dormitory are also cancelled. It is believed that this kind of restriction related to their personal interests can promote their health.

I feel that I have less time to study. Every day, I am busy with some transactional management, and my own learning has less chance of writing. Not having no time, but having time to make good use of it. In the days to come, I will make good use of my time, work hard and concentrate on my work, gain experience in my work, learn slowly, and learn more when I am relatively free, especially work-related. For example, knowledge of psychology and education. I was originally studying the international trade, and doing ideological and political work is two majors that are irrelevant, so there is no theoretical basis and work is lacking in height. In the future, I will learn more about work and work, read more books, and expand my knowledge.
