Since September 2002, I have served as the political education director and vice chairman of the Xikou Middle School. Under the correct leadership of the school and government, and the full support and help of all the teachers, I worked diligently and with all my strength to strive for my job. But what I have done is still negative in many ways. Therefore, I am deeply embarrassed to face the debriefing of everyone. However, according to the requirements of the organization, the superiors and the faculty and staff members briefly reported on the work since I took office.

First, strengthen learning and improve the ideological quality

I, a member of the Communist Party of China, when I was in office, I decided to fulfill the responsibility of a party member, do my job well, and strive to make our school's political and religious work to a higher level. First of all, I have strengthened theoretical study. By earnestly studying the party's important ideas, education management theories, laws and regulations, I have a relatively solid theoretical knowledge. Under the guidance of the correct theory, I boldly carried out political and religious work. Adhere to the rules and regulations, educate and educate people. Conscientiously implement the party's principles and policies, strictly implement the party's purposes, and earnestly do a good job in political and religious work in accordance with the party's requirements for education.

Second, pay attention to practice and improve work ability

In addition to the safety work and clean and hygienic work of the students in politics and education, the main task is to train all students to love the socialist motherland in accordance with the spirit and specific requirements of the "Syllabus for Moral Education in Middle Schools" and "Outline of the Implementation of Patriotism". A law-abiding citizen of social morality and civilized behavior. Student moral education work

The school-running thinking of our school is "the combination of morality and wisdom, adulthood, and adulthood." I am vigorously carrying out moral education work around this central task. The specific work is as follows:

Third, strengthen class management. Because our students have fewer students, poor foundation and less interest in learning, there are more naughty students and lax discipline. On this basis, moral education will not be worth the candle. To strengthen student discipline management, the first step is to strengthen class management, because class guidance is the key to managing students. In order to evaluate the work of the class guide objectively, fairly and fairly, I revised the original "Class Guide Work Evaluation Program" and changed the way the class guide allowance was distributed. The class guide allowance is closely related to the process management and effect management of the students; To class management, quality, standard, and art are required. Each class is required to write a moral education exchange paper in each period. Fourth, student education management. First of all, vigorously carry out moral education education. I have done a good job in preschool education for the first year of high school. The new students must have a three-day pre-school education, study the Rules for Middle School Students, the Standards for Daily Behavior of Middle School Students, and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency. The value week leader, the value week teacher, the class leader, the dormitory manager, and the department teacher supervise and inspect the student behavior in the usual time, and deduct the student's moral education behavior for the disciplinary students. The new semester begins school, criticizes and educates students who fail to pass the moral education, and writes a guarantee before registering. In the past two years, students have become obsessed with surfing the Internet and have attracted great attention from our school. In other schools, the students did not pay attention to the Internet. I took the lead and contacted the Xikou Town Police Station on October 26, 2004 at the police station. With the assistance of the staff of the Department of Political Education and the whole school, all the Internet cafes and video game halls in Xikou Town were raided and the online students were criticized and educated. After that, the method of dealing with online students was formulated, the number of inspections was increased, and the management of the students was strengthened. If you go home on weekends, you must register. If you don’t go home, you must return to school on time. The class guides must check the number of people on time. The signing of the guide effectively curbed the students' access to the Internet. In normal times, students violate discipline, find out in time, criticize education in a timely manner, and severely disciplinary action. On October 28th, 2004, I led the organization of the first full-time student parent meeting of Xikou Middle School and established a parent committee. The teachers and the parents of the students were in close contact and reached the goal of jointly educating students. During the holidays, students in the first and second grades are arranged to participate in social practice. Through social practice, students are encouraged to work hard and cherish the good quality of labor results. School safety and security work

School safety has attracted great attention from our school. Cleansing

In order to do a good job in the cleanliness of the school, I was responsible for the establishment of the Xikou Middle School Hygiene Management Committee. We have improved and improved various health management systems and vigorously carried out health work. The school insisted on cleaning twice a week. The system was cleaned every morning. The dormitory was inspected every day, and once a month, the civilized dormitory was praised. After hard work, our school has continued to maintain the “Best Health Advanced Unit” in Huaying City.

Trade union work

On April 23, 2003, after I was appointed as the vice chairman of the Xikou Middle School Labor Union, I humbly learned from the former trade union chairman Yin Shuji, actively carried out the trade union work, and did a good job of retiring the old teachers and sick hospital teachers. On May 1st, the faculty and staff of the school held a celebration of the “May 1st” summer games. Supervise the financial work of the school and do a good job in school affairs.

In short, during my three years in office, I have done my due diligence on the work, asking the class guides and students how to do it. First of all, I have to do it myself first. I have never delayed my class work because of political education and trade union work, regardless of when I work overtime at night. There is no shortage in place.
