First, strengthen theoretical study and improve theoretical literacy

Strengthening theoretical study, improving theoretical standards and solving practical problems, and transforming the subjective world while transforming the objective world are the basic requirements for leading cadres in the new era. Because he is the deputy secretary of the school party committee, he is in charge of the party affairs work, and is in charge of a day-to-day administrative management work. Through study, we have strengthened our understanding of the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the scientific development concept. In particular, the scientific development concept is about people-oriented thinking, and it is profound for me to educate and educate people at the moment. For the sake of students, all work should be based on the interests of faculty and students. Can be linked to reality. In the past year, two theoretical papers were published, and one was awarded the third prize by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee Working Committee. He is good at using Marxist positions, viewpoints, and methods to understand, analyze, and solve practical problems. He has a firm stance on major issues of principle. In July 2005, I was rated as an outstanding party worker in Qingdao. My division of labor is responsible for the party and government management of the Huangdao Campus. The management of the Huangdao Campus is a combination of bars and bars. My main job is coordination. The Huangdao campus has a large number of students and fewer faculty members, but their study and work are hard, serious, and positive. After the school was merged in 1995, after several leadership efforts, I laid a good foundation for my working environment and conditions. With the help and support of the school leaders and comrades, I overcame the difficulties of getting out early and late. I am full of enthusiasm and work actively. I can get acquainted with the environment as soon as possible, learn management knowledge, listen to opinions from all sides, and focus on the ideological and political work of the faculty and staff. In the past year, the leaders of the school in charge of the school have focused on the preparatory work before the test at the 4th and 6th grades, so that the pass rate of the 4th and 6th grades will achieve even better results. In addition, the school's leaders have also grasped the work of key disciplines and master's programs. At the end of March this year, in order to expand the development space, the school decided to replace the entire Huangdao campus with the coordination of many parties. I was responsible for negotiating with the Huangdao District Government, leading the responsible comrades of relevant departments, checking the information and finding the basis. From the area of ​​replacement to the price of replacement, negotiations were carried out item by item. With the guidance and assistance of the secretary, the principal and the members of the team, through unremitting efforts, the exchange agreement between the school and the Huangdao District Government has basically reached a consensus and will be signed in the near future. agreement.

Third, honest and self-discipline, keep the party members

The construction of style is an important part of the party's construction. When students are found to be cold and inconvenient to eat and walk, they will report to the school leaders, coordinate the relevant departments, and speed up the construction of the student canteen. Adhere to the principle of democratic centralism and strictly enforce the regulations on the selection and appointment of cadres and the discipline of the party. Regular departmental coordination meetings are held to provide information to leaders. Building the party for the public and governing for the people is the fundamental purpose of the party's work style. According to the division of labor of the school party committee, I have overall responsibility for the party style and clean government construction of the Huangdao campus. I have earnestly studied the implementation measures of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on Implementing the Responsibility System for the Construction of the Party's Work Style and Clean Government, and Learning the Regulations and Discipline of the Communist Party of China. The achievement of the above achievements is inseparable from the correct leadership of the school party committee and the administration, and is inseparable from the strong support of leaders and comrades at all levels.
