1. Improvement of technical standards

The technical department is a functional department serving the marketing department. The main work is to cooperate with the marketing department to complete the design of the program, to provide technical answers and program demonstrations for customers, to provide technical support for the engineering department, and to train personnel for the end users. All the above tasks are strict requirements for the personnel of the technical department. Therefore, improving the technical level and management level of the technical department is a direction for the technical department personnel to work hard. For the current situation, I think the company should consider letting the technical department personnel participate. Various trainings and exhibitions, this is a three-pronged thing. First, the level of the technical department can be improved. Second, the personnel training certificate is the company's wealth, which can improve the company's image and competitiveness. Third, expand the horizon, easy to find better partners.

2. Technical staffing

At present, there are people in the technical department who are mainly responsible for the specific design of the project, responsible for document management and drawing design. Due to the uncertainty of the market, sometimes the time interval of several projects is too short, resulting in serious work of the technical department. For the above reasons, the current technology It is difficult for the staff of the department to adapt to the needs of market changes. I suggest that the company leaders can consider adding two technicians with field work experience in combination with the actual situation.
