Hello everyone! I am Wang Zhijiang. In the past year, I served as the director of the teaching department, the head of the high school mathematics teaching and research group, the third grade mathematics preparation team leader, the third grade 1 and 2 classes of mathematics classes, and the senior high school work. My work has two main points: one is management and the other is research. Strict management is the basis for achieving results, and scientific research is the guarantee for achieving results. However, we will lack wisdom by management alone; we will lose our will by research alone. Therefore, I believe that the two should be complementary and indispensable. Under the guidance of this kind of thinking, my work history is as follows:

First, the third year of work:

1. Advocate scientific analysis and management of test results. After the previous monthly examinations, the mathematics, Chinese, chemistry, and physics preparation groups have made in-depth discussions on the scores—the frequency distribution curve, the difficulty of the test questions, the degree of discrimination, the reliability of the test, and the establishment of the test question bank. And research.

2. Classroom teaching and research were conducted on each of the high school group. In preparation for the class group, each high school teacher has an open class in the previous section. On the basis of listening to the evaluation class, the methods and ways to improve the quality of classroom teaching are discussed.

3. Organize the senior high school teacher to prepare the class as a unit, each person to go to 12 at least to listen to a section, to exchange learning and broaden their horizons.

4. In the most serious period of SARS, the teachers of the audio-visual group advocated and launched the website construction of Fengtai No. 2 Middle School, making online answering questions of all grades possible. In the extraordinary period that followed, with all the teachers of the third year, with the will and conviction of "the wise man is not chaotic, the benevolent has steel", the extraordinary joint examination of the extraordinary period was successfully completed. According to reliable information, this year's total scores of arts and sciences ranked second in the region.

Second, the teaching and research group work:

1. The organization mathematics group carried out a series of Z+Z training to strengthen the behavior and awareness of the use of modern teaching media.

2. The investigation and research of classroom teaching in the mathematics group requires each teacher to open two classes in two consecutive weeks. On the one hand, it analyzes and diagnoses the teaching status quo, on the other hand, it actively infiltrates the concept and spirit of the new curriculum standard.

3. Many times, the special teachers were invited to know the work of our school and actively promote the construction and development of the teaching and research group.

Third, the preparation team work:

1. Together with the three teachers in the preparation team, they fought together. In this year's joint entrance examination, the average score and pass rate of arts and sciences mathematics scored the second place in the district.

2. The papers we have prepared for collaborative study have won many awards and one has been published in a national mathematics journal. Recently, the joint-venture seminar we co-organized was highly praised by the participating experts. The two papers on this year's joint entrance examination were jointly drafted by two magazines.

At the same time, over the past year or so, I have studied hard and tried to improve my self-cultivation. He has published 3 papers in school-level journals, 2 papers in Fengtai Education, and 2 papers in Beijing Education. In Mathematics Bulletin, Mathematical Newsletter, Middle School Mathematics Teaching Reference, etc. Seven papers were published in national mathematics journals.

Looking back, it seems that some achievements have been made, but there are still many shortcomings. As the director of the teaching department, I rarely participate in other grades, especially in the middle and upper grades. Although there are some objective reasons, subjective efforts are not enough. However, please rest assured that my friends will redouble their efforts in the future and will never let down the expectations of everyone.

In the next school year, due to the needs of school work, I am competing for the position of vice president in charge of teaching, I hope my friends will support me!
