The school party branch is the core organization of the school's political and ideological work. In the past six months, we have inherited the fine traditions of the Party branch of our school, based on the function of the party branch to "converge people, improve the realm, advocate democracy, and harmonious relations", and work hard to build a team of "unity, struggle, and dedication". Working. We have mainly done the following more effective work.
First, the party and government are united to cultivate a harmonious and efficient cadre team.
Both the principal and the principal are honest and simple people, and we have many things in common. We have many things in common: not vain, advocating pragmatism; not seeking development, low-key people; not welcoming, shunning poverty; diligent learning, young mind; concept Advanced, willing to innovate; helping others, focusing on friendship. In order to achieve a clear management level and smooth work, the branch has adjusted the organization and leadership of the school in line with the administration. First, it was reported to the higher-level party organization for approval, and the "General Assembly Branch Committee" was formally established. Second, guided by the "three represents" thinking, vigorously publicize the "scientific concept of development", update the concept of teachers, and improve the efficiency of running schools.
The "scientific concept of development", which is harmonious and sustainable, is an important theoretical viewpoint put forward by the new generation of leaders to inherit and develop Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought, and points out the development path, development mode and development of China's modernization in the new stage of the new century. strategy. To modernize education, we must also use the "scientific outlook on development" as a guide. In connection with the reality of our school, we feel that the scientific concept of development has a profound meaning for opening up our ideas, guiding our education management and education and teaching behavior. I combined my own experience to experience a special party class entitled "Deeply Understanding and Accurately Understanding the Scientific Outlook on Development." Around the development of the school, President Wang and I have conducted in-depth discussions on several occasions and introduced substantial reform measures. In the face of the small scale of the school and the transfer of education to the local government, we put forward the idea of ​​“taking full advantage of the school's high-quality resources and geographical advantages, breaking the pattern of closed school, comprehensively facing the society, and increasing the number of students to enroll students.” Program. In order to implement this program, we have done a lot of ideological work in the teachers. We convened a general teacher conference and made an in-depth explanation of the two viewpoints in the school-running thinking. These two points are: 1. Development is the last word. We conducted a comprehensive analysis from the two aspects of “development meaning” and “how to develop”. 2. Make a fuss about the benefits. We elaborated on the two aspects of “why to make a fuss about efficiency” and “how to pursue efficiency”. After this meeting, we have repeatedly used different methods to carry out the propaganda of “completely updating concepts and scientifically developing schools” on different occasions. Under the strong propaganda and guidance of the party and government leadership team, the action plan of “increasing the class size and enlarging enrollment” was successfully implemented. Under the premise of not increasing the number of preparations, it is necessary to divide the classes and expand the recruitment. The teachers’ work pressure has indeed increased a lot: the mathematics teachers who taught a class should teach two classes; the original teacher’s average teaching amount is only 12 knots, and now it is necessary to increase Section 15; the original source is relatively simple, mostly the children of the assembly plant, the poor face is relatively small, and now absorb a lot of children of vegetable farmers, the difference is much increased. However, for the overall situation of the school, the teachers have taken this pressure for the survival and development of the school, and there is no complaint. This effect is inseparable from our strategy of doing ideological work ahead. During the semester, our school recruited more than 40 students, and the welfare of teachers has also improved, and the work enthusiasm is more vigorous. From this incident we feel that management needs to be innovative and the renewal of ideas is the key.
Another major reform initiative we have implemented is to learn modern educational technology, make full use of network resources, improve teaching efficiency, and reduce the workload of teachers. Before the summer vacation last semester and this semester, we organized several business trainings. I personally talked and personally tutored. The basic purpose of the training is to let the teachers feel the advanced nature and convenience of modern educational technology, as well as the practical significance of reducing the burden on teachers and improving the efficiency of teaching, so that teachers can initially master the technology of searching for information on the Internet and performing simple processing. After training and application practice, it has achieved gratifying results: the “computer blindness” of the past can now find the teaching resources for me to use online; the young, somewhat basic teachers are more interested, and the network resources are more flexible. I even feel that I can't do without the Internet. We encourage teachers to write electronic lesson plans to ease the burden of their copying. This reform has been greatly welcomed by teachers. Good use, not only does not affect the teaching effect, on the contrary can free up a lot of time to tutor students. In addition, the cooperation and exchange of teachers has been strengthened, and the teaching and research activities have been extended to daily teaching activities. The study of modern educational technology enriches the teaching methods and teaching methods of teachers, and the classroom teaching presents a brand new look. The open classes of teachers in this semester have more appropriate use of multimedia, and the classroom teaching image is vivid, large in capacity and compact in terms. It is worth mentioning that two young teachers of our school participated in the company's language and math quality class competitions, one won the first place and one won the second prize. This is the result of the historic breakthrough of the school. Third, close to the teacher's life, the teacher's moral education, establish a new style of teacher morality.
Teacher's moral education is a routine activity of school ideological and political education. In order to enhance the effect of education, we have embodied the "people-oriented" thinking in educational methods, less talk about the principles, how to improve the quality of life of teachers, less criticism, more appreciation and guidance, and help teachers find ways to resolve their worries. At the celebration of the Teachers' Day, I gave a speech entitled "Pursuing the Quality of Teacher's Life", focusing on the "good body, good mood" is the core of high-quality teacher life, and how to make yourself a good body. . My suggestion is: to look at the students' progress in the eyes of appreciation - learn to appreciate; to make friends with students with an equal mindset - to learn to respect; to treat students' faults with a broad mind - to learn tolerance; to look back at history The mood is to look at the gains and losses - learn to be open-minded; to learn to enrich life, to maintain advanced - to stay young; to eat and drink in order to promote health - indifferent material desire. Appreciation education is one of the six famous educational methods in the world today. Its founder Zhou Hong has made hundreds of vivid reports at home and abroad, but unfortunately we have no chance to hear it. In order to create a cultural environment in which the lecturer Deshu has a new style, the Party Branch of our school has set up a special website of "Branch Life", which I personally manage. The content is dynamic and colorful. Therefore, we are more concerned with the educational process. We have infiltrated some important concepts into daily activities such as conversation, evaluation, teaching and research.

The transfer of corporate education to local governments is the highlight of this year's education reform. Now that the dust has settled, you are done. It should be said that the unrest factors in our school are outstanding: First, the scale of the school is small, and the destination after the transfer is worrying. Second, there are many retired employees. Currently, there are 18 people, 2 more than the employees on the job. What happens to the welfare of so many people in this small school? It is also distressing. In the face of such thorny problems, we are not afraid of hardships and shirking our responsibilities.
