XX annual report (probationary teacher)

The 2003 year-end summary was unusual for me because it was the last time I had a year-end summary at school.

I have been working in Fuyang Middle School for 37 years and I am about to retire next year. The 37 years of ups and downs have been unforgettable in my life, and my feelings about the school are also difficult to express in words. Everything in Fuyang Middle School has touched my heart. Whether it is Laoyang or Xinyang, every building, every classroom, every office and every grass and tree in the school has devoted his efforts to the school. From nothing to nothing like a movie in my mind, I can't forget it for a long time.

At the beginning of 2003, the Party Working Committee of the Bureau adjusted the leadership team of our school and made our school have a new turn. In the past year, under the leadership of new leaders, the teachers and students of the school have united and shared difficulties, and the school has witnessed new vitality. The mental state of all teachers and students has also changed greatly.

Because of my frail age, my eyes were bleeding again in March this year, my eyes were almost blind, and even walking was difficult. However, my condition has just improved, I insisted on going to work, ready to meet the district financial center's audit of our school. I remember that the three comrades who came to our school for auditing had nowhere to go through the 10-day audit. However, my conclusion on financial management was that the concept was backward and the thoughts were outdated. The office expenses and teacher welfare expenses of our school were too strict. Can't keep up with the current new ideas for running a school. After listening to them, my mind was "squeaky" and I felt uncomfortable. I want to audit for so many days, can't find the problem, just look for this pick? Think again, I feel that I may be old and my mind is aging. The state's financial allocation to the school, the purpose is to make us use the cost, simple savings can not keep up with the current era. By earnestly studying General Secretary Jiang’s important thoughts on the "Three Represents", I have updated my own ideas and concepts, and I must improve my own ethics in serving wholeheartedly. I must reflect the fundamental interests of the teachers and students in the specific work. If teachers and students think about it, they should be anxious to rush their teachers and students and implement the important ideas embodying the "three represents."

This summer's summer overhaul is very busy, and the General Affairs Office of Han Jiancheng has taken the lead. I actively cooperate with Xiao Han to arrange summer overhaul plans and programs, so that I can plan to make the whole project busy without chaos and interlocking; Do a good job of the quality of the project without wasting a penny from the state.

At the beginning of August, I was in the hospital for eye surgery. People in the hospital have been thinking about everything in the project. I tried to help Xiaohan to offer advice. One week after I was discharged, due to the need for renovation, Xiaohan and the engineering team’s comrades. I have been to the "good home" and other places to select materials and discuss the progress of the project. I am obliged to actively cooperate with the work.

In the second half of the year, I actively participated in the activities organized by the school. Such as the "35th Anniversary Celebration" and the faculty welfare arrangements. Under the principle of not forgetting diligence and thrift, I and Xiao Han and Gu Lei comrades in the preparation of supplies, repeatedly went to the wholesale market and large supermarkets to "shop around three" to select affordable, beautiful and practical products that are popular with everyone. In the arrangement of teachers' welfare, with the support of the school leaders, we have made good use of the policies to clean the ball. It is better for us to work harder and let the teachers get more benefits. I believe that in the future, Han Jiancheng and other comrades in the General Affairs Office will continue to be faculty members. The welfare opens up more space.

This year, the canteen was changed to the school's own canteen. The company contracted the way. This really caused me trouble and increased the workload. Especially the residents sometimes had opinions. The Environmental Protection Agency and the Health Bureau and the Food and Health Bureau of the Education Bureau often To check, there are too many things, but in order to allow students to eat well, I go to the kitchen every day to understand the situation, help the canteen to solve various difficulties, and make the students' meals more than in the past few years.

I firmly believe that under the correct leadership of the school leaders, our Fuyang Middle School will be even better, and this is my wish for decades.
