Here, the reason why I use the ever-changing word is that from a macro perspective, it represents the magnificent development process of China's reform, opening up, and modernization. From a micro perspective, it also covers the work of Bazhou toll station for one year. aims. During the year, we reorganized the annual record of the previous toll collection, breaking through the 17 million yuan mark, a 22% year-on-year increase, and overfulfilling the fee-based task; our file management work passed the provincial second-level acceptance and became high. At the same time, the first website in the toll station of the Authority was opened, and the first website in the toll station of the Executive Board was opened to promote the development of various tasks. At the beginning of the year, based on the work objectives of the Management Office, combined with the actual situation of our station, with the important thinking of the "Three Represents" as the guiding principle, we planned the working ideas based on "innovation for development" and made good work for the whole station. Direction, do the helmsman. Next, I will choose the key points to explain to everyone:
First, strengthen the construction of the team, and the spirit of unity and cooperation.
The leadership team is the banner of a unit, which determines the success or failure of a unit's development, so the construction of the team is crucial. I pay attention to strengthening my own political and ideological cultivation, arming my mind with the "three represents" thinking, and gradually improving the ability of decision-making. In the work, we advocate the use of the power of personality to appeal to people, not to engage in "one-word", to eliminate the "parentalism" style, to play the collective decision-making function of the team, and all major issues in the station have been resolved through democratic means. The team often communicates internally, and Daxing is united and collaborating, pioneering and enterprising, and in order to regulate the relationship inside and outside the post, thus creating a collective that speaks unity, dedication, and speaking.
Second, accumulate management experience and improve management mechanisms.
2002 was the first year after China's accession to the WTO, and it was also the year in which the Insurance Office fully launched ISO quality identification. How to improve the management level and establish a scientific and standardized management system is the theme that every traffic person constantly explores and pursues. In order to adapt to the needs of the new situation, this year, I started the "A" management mode, and divided the work into two parts: the fee-based operation and the logistics management. The comrade Gao Songjun focused on the charging work, and Comrade Xin Zhanhong focused on the logistics management. The office acts as a bridge for communication, decentralization and refinement of management objectives. At the same time, it has formulated a set of job responsibilities that are suitable for it, clearly defined the division of labor, and performed its duties. It not only completed the established management objectives at the beginning of the year, but also cultivated the organizational and coordination capabilities of grassroots cadres.
Third, follow the principle of benefit first and strengthen the management of fees.
The annual charging task of Bazhou toll station is 16 million yuan. In response to this arduous task of charging, we conducted collective research at the team meeting at the beginning of the year and formulated a practical and feasible strategy: first, strengthen management, and benefit from management. And the corresponding job responsibilities and work system have been improved, so that the work has rules to follow, the employees have their own responsibilities, everyone is equal before the system, and the system promotes efficiency. Secondly, to strengthen the professional ethics education of employees, to benefit from the concept of consciousness, to actively explore the new characteristics of employee morality under the new situation, establish a sense of team, a sense of ownership, and cultivate the concept of "standing my glory, standing weak and shameful." Finally, strengthen business training, benefit from the personnel, organize quarterly training of young workers, improve the skill level of employees, reduce the turnover rate in the work; open computer training classes, train a multi-functional talents, and improve work efficiency. Through the practice of this year, this set of strategies is feasible. In the future work, I will gradually improve on this basis and strive for a higher level.
Fourth, strengthen the construction of the wind and build a good image of the window.
The construction work of the wind is an important task to establish a new style of the industry and optimize the development environment. The toll station acts as a window unit and reflects the traffic image. Therefore, the image problem is crucial. In order to standardize the behavior of the post and change the style of work, the “Three Excellent and Four” project was planned and launched in the station, and two “Civilized Service Standards” were implemented. Among them, the “three excellent four-in-one project” mainly focuses on strengthening image construction and standardizing industry behavior. "Three excellent" means: high-quality service, beautiful environment, and excellent order; "four-oriented" means: service process stylization, service management standardization, service quality standardization, and housekeeping militarization. The "three excellent" and "four-oriented" projects are two complementary projects in the practical sense. The excellence activities are the necessary stage to realize the management of the "four-oriented" project in the later stage. The "Four Steps of Civilization" and the "Three-character Classics of Etiquette" are the basic service measures to regulate the behavior of the first line of charges. Among them, the "four-step civilized language" puts forward the concept of smile service; the "three-character scriptures of etiquette" stipulates a series of guides. The standard of action allows employees to know what to do and how to do it in order to achieve a targeted effect.
Fifth, strengthen cultural construction and improve the overall quality.
Considering that the toll station is far away from the urban area, the nature of the work is single, and the toll collectors are generally young and have strong plasticity. Based on their own needs, the “three two one” project has been implemented, and the education of the students has been strengthened, and various group organizations have been established. We will work hard to create a good working environment and improve the overall quality of the whole with a rich and varied form of activity.
The "Three Two One Project" emphasizes the "three educations" program based on the implementation of elementary education, moral education, and clean government education, and trains employees to establish a sense of ownership of "roads, glory, and road shame". A work purpose of "charge according to law, civilized service". Among them, the “Zi Su Education Project” is to broaden the learning channels, improve the knowledge structure, organically combine employee training and personal self-study, encourage and support employees to participate in adult education through various training methods, and require all staff to reach junior college within three years. Above degree. At present, I have 2 people with a university degree and 12 with a college degree. The number of in-service training accounts for 98% of the total number of people in the station. The company has established a "medical health team", a "publicity report group", and a "computer project group" to promote the development of various tasks.
In order to activate the staff's spare time, I set up a group of activity groups based on the construction of the Youth League branch: the establishment of a "literary team", self-made essays, comic dialogues, songs and dances and other programs occupying cultural and entertainment positions, reflecting the life of the toll booth and the voice of the toll collectors. . This year, the song accompanied by my station, "Happy China Year", won the first prize at the Baojin Office New Year's Party. Set up a "sports team", often exchange games with other brothers, and regularly invite local enterprises and institutions to stand up to deepen their feelings. These sports activities not only strengthen the body, but also stimulate the spirit of hard work and progress of employees, and enhance the cohesiveness... ...
Cultural construction is a mirror. In the attitude of being responsible to employees, I strive to create a good learning atmosphere and a relaxed living environment for employees, so that employees can feel that the toll booth is not only a workplace, but also a school that has grown into a talent.
Sixth, carry out special work and start the Bazhou station brand.
Innovation is the main driving force behind the development of expressways. Relying on the location advantage and using technology to carry out the characteristic work is our strategic goal of seeking breakthrough and development. To this end, we have carried out the following three special features:

1. Standing together to create a good external environment.
To rationalize local relations, we follow the principle of “reasonable, favorable, and festivalable”, and put into action in three aspects: recognizing the combination point, finding the entry point, and consolidating the foothold, and carrying out many civilized construction activities with the local government: The local police teamed up to use the surveillance video to provide important clues for the detection of the robbery case; jointly with the Bazhou Municipal Committee to jointly create the “Green Century” and “Build a Friendship Forest” campaign, which caused great repercussions in the local area; Activities, the implementation of "helping teaching, teaching assistants" program, donated books and sporting goods for the local small and medium-sized children; in the "5.18" Hebei Economic and Trade Fair service, Bazhou Station as a window for foreign exchanges in Hebei Province, bears a major For the task of charging and image construction, the station leaders carefully studied and carefully deployed the three aspects of external image, charging work and civilized service, and successfully completed the exhibition service work. After the event, from May 15 to 19, the station collected a total of 334,000 yuan tolls, greeted more than 20,000 vehicles, and won the economic and trade association organizer with its efficient, rigorous and warm work. And the affirmation of the Quartet merchants, while achieving a bumper harvest of economic benefits, also contributed to the prosperity of the local economy...
Sincere efforts have won the trust and respect of the local people, and the relationship between the station and the land has become more stable, creating a good external environment for the smooth development of the charging work of Bazhou Station.
2. “Using the Internet as a medium” to increase publicity and enhance communication.
The rapid development of network technology and the level of informatization have become an important symbol of the modernization level and comprehensive strength of enterprises, institutions and even the country. Therefore, we focused on three aspects of our work: setting up a regional network within the station, building bridges between departments, and improving office efficiency; opening computer training classes to educate employees about computer knowledge, to achieve Baojin Road Automated charging has laid the foundation; at the same time, it has been used by itself, self-built and uploaded the website of Bazhou Station, including nearly 1,000 pages of work system, special work, charging policy, etc. Work dynamics, publicity work spirit, exchange of work experience, and the role of demonstrating work results. At the same time, with the advantage of the Internet, extensive opinions were collected, supervision was received, publicity was increased, communication with peers and the community was enhanced, and management standards were improved. The opening of the Bazhou Station website is the first in the toll stations under the jurisdiction of the Executive Board, which fully demonstrates the distinctive features of Baojin Road Science and Technology Road and Cultural Road.
3. File management, standardizing the level of internal management.
In order to improve the management level of the internal industry, at the beginning of this year, the file management was included in the annual work plan, and a complete file management system was established. I personally took charge of it, the office mastered, set up the archives room, and realized the documents and accounting. And the comprehensive management of business files has formed a file management network that is currently responsible for the division of labor between the departments and the document management personnel. In October 2002, the file management work of our station passed the provincial second-level identification, and now has the provincial level of management level strength, and plans to apply for provincial-level file management qualification identification next year.
4. Beautify the station area and improve the living environment.
In the past, the Pazhou Station was overgrown with weeds. The abandoned construction waste was piled up into hills when the station was built. More than 20 acres of wasteland behind the building was pitted and devastated. In the spring, there are many winds, and the dust is filled with weeds. In summer, all kinds of parasitic mosquitoes are raging, which seriously affects the health of the station staff and also damages the external image of Bazhou Station.
In response to this situation, I called on all employees to do their best to optimize the environment. We cleaned the garbage, eradicated the weeds, leveled over 20 mu of land, laid irrigation pathways, and planted pine, cypress, red-leaf, and ivy. After careful care, the backyard of the office building became a green ocean. In order to provide employees with a place for leisure and entertainment, Bazhou Station also built a small park on the wasteland in the southwest corner of the station area. The green space, flower beds, bamboo forests and rockeries are in harmony. A pair of stone tables and stone piers are placed on the grass. Among them, the stone road paved with cobblestones is interspersed in the green space and between the bamboo forests. The fast-growing willows are green trees and beautiful. Today's Bazhou Station, the green trees stand against the blue sky, the grass cares the earth, and the beautiful environment makes the toll collectors feel a sense of home.
Seven, other work.
1. Attach great importance to safe production, include safety work in the daily work schedule, and become a safety production team, and take measures to prevent and treat all kinds of accidents.
2. Care for the lives of employees, implement bold reforms in canteen management, implement a contracting system, save money and expenses, and improve the quality of meals so that workers can eat and drink without worry.
Of course, the work of the toll booth is complicated and cannot be comprehensive. I only report to the management office and my station's work this year. I still have some shortcomings in my work. I hope that everyone will give me valuable opinions and suggestions in the future work. I will gradually improve myself and strive to do better in the coming year.
