In this regard, in addition to reading the various newspapers and magazines of the party, I have systematically studied all kinds of documents and materials of Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking of the "Three Represents." After the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, I actively responded to each. In terms of learning financial professional knowledge, in addition to a daily "China Urban and Rural Financial News", the monthly "Farming Financial Research" and the quarterly "Economics" insist on reading, and at the same time the city branch's " The Agricultural Banker and the briefing information that forwards the typical experience of each bank are also carefully studied. They actively use the mirror, learn and use it, and draw a lot of work experience. They are very practical in practical application, which not only guides the work but also improves the work. I am myself.
Secondly, in terms of the nature of the audit audit work, it is deeply responsible and must be forgotten because of the complicated relationship between the upper and lower, the inside and the outside, the inside and the outside, the various aspects.
First of all, responsible for the work height. In the past year, according to the requirements, regular audits were conducted on the outlets of the ** and ** jurisdictions. In the audit, we found that the problem is not easy to draw conclusions, but combined with the actual work, more investigation, more understanding, to ensure that the problem is thoroughly understood, and qualitative, and through strict auditing, and strive to eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers in the bud. If there are certain difficulties through supervision and handling, they should be classified and reported in time. According to calculations, this year, in the regular audit of ** and **, a total of corrective problems have been raised, and problems have been urged to deal with problems. For some problems that are difficult to deal with and that are difficult to deal with in a short time, timely report to the branches.
Second, strict implementation of responsibility. Since the beginning of this year, in the timely audit of the financial work of **, ** and **, many problems have been found. Regarding some common problems in business work, detailed listing and timely reporting to the branch to report corrections, at the same time, in response to some issues such as strict compliance with settlement disciplines, in the audit, through the stalking, on the one hand, the responsibility is strictly implemented, on the other hand Seriously deal with their responsible persons to ensure that similar problems no longer occur at the audited outlets.
Third, we will never evade conflicts. At the beginning of the year, I led the team to the ** branch to audit the authenticity of the final accounts in 2002. As for the problems that the bank has in the final accounts, we do not evade the contradictions, do not evade the problems, and carefully follow the spirit of the various levels and the requirements of the audit work. Serious and meticulous, seeking truth from facts to reflect problems, not big, not concealing, completed the tasks assigned by the city branches according to quality and quantity, and maintained the authenticity and seriousness of financial discipline.
Third, in terms of observing work discipline, rules and regulations, etc., we can go back early and leave early because we are not stationed. Therefore, every morning, I insist on getting on time with my comrades, and I will never go out during work hours. I will never specialize in front of my comrades. At the same time, strictly abide by the system and strengthen organizational discipline. On the one hand, it can be seen whether a person's style of work is too hard, on the other hand, it can promote the development of good work habits. If you lack a strong style and good habits, what about auditing other people's work? Second, strengthen unity and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the overall work of the stationed office. For things at work, we are never good at making claims. All in all, there is nothing small about work. No matter what, you can listen to different opinions in many ways. Only by brainstorming and broadening can you make a correct decision. Since the beginning of this year, although he is a deputy director of the station, if he lacks pioneering and creative work and cannot play an important role, he will lose his initiative and be passive and embarrassed. In the face of the ever-changing and ever-changing work practice, it is often a well-conceived plan that needs to be changed in the course of operation. It puts high demands on the comprehensive quality of the deputy. If you can't think of the protagonist and think about the protagonist, of course, it is not a supporting role for the leaders at all levels. Third, adhere to the "three represents", swear by the wind and evil spirits, and resolutely fight against corruption. As a party cadre, maintaining a high level of consciousness, a strong party spirit and a strong style of work is not only practicing their own promises, but also realizing their own ideals, and is also a person. As long as you work for one day, you must be able to support the superiors who have given full confidence. It is worthy of the organization's multi-year training, and it must be worthy of your own conscience. For more than a year, in response to some of the problems found in the audit, some parties have always wanted to pass the unhealthy trend and hope to open the Internet. In this regard, I insist on improving the transparency of the work. I will never engage in black-box operations on some of the problems at work. I must never use the auditing discipline of the Agricultural Bank to make transactions, so that the interests of the Agricultural Bank will be lost.
Looking back on the achievements and progress made in the past year, I am very pleased with the heart. However, in the face of the situation and the expectations of leaders at all levels, I feel deeply pressured.
