Before the rainy season, carefully organize relevant personnel to analyze the rainy season application plan, and prepare the rainy season construction measures according to the rainy season project. The required materials should be prepared before the rainy season.

Construction workers should be trained in the rainy season, and relevant personnel should be organized to conduct a comprehensive inspection and preparation work at the construction site, including temporary facilities, temporary power, and mechanical equipment protection.

Inspect the drainage facilities at the construction site and the production and living base, dredge various drainage channels, and clean up the rainwater drainage outlets to ensure smooth drainage during rainy days.

For the project under construction, it is necessary to set up drainage ditch and water collecting well at the edge of the foundation pit and the bottom of the pit, and make drainage slope, drainage ditch and water retaining sill at the edge of the slope.

Drainage channels are provided on both sides of the road to ensure that they are not slippery, trapped, or accumulating. Clean up obstacles on the scene and keep the roads open. The construction site, the production shed, the warehouse, the canteen, the mixing station, the temporary housing and other temporary construction units shall conduct comprehensive inspection and refurbishment before the rainy season to ensure that the foundation and roads do not collapse, the room does not leak rain, and the site does not accumulate water. .

Before the arrival of the rainy season, the lightning protection devices for the high-rise passenger elevators and high scaffoldings should be made. The quality inspection department should conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lightning protection devices before the rainy season to ensure lightning protection.

Storage and stacking of raw materials

All the cement is stored in the warehouse. If there is no warehouse, special sheds should be set up to ensure no leakage or no tide. The following should be ventilated and surrounded by drainage ditch to avoid water accumulation. The first floor of the structure can be fully utilized.

Sand and stone must have sufficient reserves to ensure the smooth progress of the project. There should be drainage outlets around the site to prevent mud from seeping in.

The ceramsite hollow brick should be padded with wood at the bottom and the upper part covered with rainproof material.

The formwork stacking site shall be compacted to prevent collapse due to sinking of the ground.

The backfill is covered with crepe or plastic cloth and is surrounded by drainage facilities.

Materials, equipment and other supplies required for the rainy season, such as pumps, pumping hoses, straw bags, plastic sheets, crepe cloth, etc., are prepared in advance by the materials department and organized in time. Pumps and other equipment should be repaired in advance.

Before the rainy season, carefully check the distribution boxes, gate boxes and temporary brackets of the site, and reinforce them in time. The cover, cover and doors should be filled in time to ensure safe use of electricity.

Scaffolding, people's goods elevators, etc. are well-equipped for lightning protection, and the building's own lightning protection facilities can also be used. The grounding resistance must meet the requirements.

In windy weather, it is necessary to do wind-proof reinforcement measures for large towering objects, and double-cage elevators should be attached to the wall as required.

Basement entrances and exits, pipe trenches, etc. are closed or waterproof.

Strengthen the weather forecast work, prevent sudden attacks from heavy rains, and arrange daily work reasonably.

Temporary drainage channels on the site must be cleared in advance and cleaned regularly. .

1) Construction

6) Roofing works

a. The insulation layer must be laid away from rainy days, and the screed and waterproof layer should be made in time to avoid excessive moisture in the insulation layer and affect the thermal insulation effect. If it is raining before waterproofing, it should be covered with insulation or screed. When the construction is continued after the rain, the insulation layer must be sampled to measure the water content, and the water content is less than 9% before construction.

b When the new waterproof coating layer is covered with rain and weather, it should be covered with plastic film and the new waterproof layer should not be washed away. The coil material is waterproof and ready for the work every day.

7) Decoration construction

Once the floor of the contaminated building should be cleaned up in time.
