Secondly: as an office , its main function is to coordinate the relationship between the department of the student union, responsible for the assessment of the cadre and the budget and expenses of the student union activities. Among them, coordinating the relationship between various departments is the focus of our work, and the Ministry should use this as the center of work to carry out various student work. Our department organizes some activities within the student unions. For example, a social networking event, members of the student union can sing and dance together. This kind of activity can enrich the extracurricular cultural life of the student union and strengthen the student union between departments. The friendship ensures the smooth development of the work of all students.
Third: Our ministry should actively cooperate with other departments, do a good job in logistics, provide sufficient materials, and ensure the smooth and smooth flow of student work. In this regard, the Ministry of Education decided to adopt a division of labor to improve work efficiency.
In addition to doing our own essential work, our ministry can also engage in activities with other departments, such as liaising with the Youth Volunteer Brigade, to provide some favorable conditions for the Youth Volunteer Brigade to help them engage in various social welfare undertakings. You can engage in some large-scale publicity work with the Propaganda Department to promote the school culture.
