Some internal construction work has been planned or started in the current semester, and the plan has to be supplemented and improved, while continuing to do routine work.

1. Information management. The information of the student union members must be determined every time the staff changes, and the Ministry of Education will do a good job in the statistics of the members' information during the semester to facilitate the contact between the bureau and the ministries.

2. File management. Office files, in the current semester, our department will be fine and easy to check the file storage and organization.

3, in the duty, set-up and other aspects to refine the daily work, the implementation of personal responsibility system, the task to people, everyone responsible, mutual coordination and cooperation.

4, suitable for people, because of things. At the same time as the specific work is carried out, because people adjust the situation, let everyone find the right position for their own development, so as to ensure the smooth development of all work, and can fully consider the personnel distribution problem in each stage of work when assigning tasks. To achieve the participation of everyone in the work, to avoid the uneven psychological imbalance caused by the distribution of members, and ultimately give full play to the strength of our team.

5. Strengthen the cooperation of the members of the Ministry. It is recommended that we have some activities in the office , such as eating, eating, playing, wild games and other activities, on the one hand to enhance the feelings of internal members, on the other hand can improve everyone's enthusiasm.

6. The department will hold regular meetings on a regular basis and initially set a weekly meeting. The regular meeting is mainly to summarize the work in the near future. Insufficient findings and positive results. And according to the actual situation, the focus of the next phase of work and the specific implementation plan.

Third, strengthen the management assessment of student cadres. With the aim of serving students, we actively cooperate with the development of various tasks in the department. Fourth, do a good job of the relationship between the vertical and horizontal of the student union.
