1. Unbalanced male and female ratios There are 23 children in the class, including 9 girls and 14 boys. There are more boys and fewer girls. The boy is lively and active, which will bring certain difficulties to the routine work of the class .
2. Some children have not attended kindergartens. When they first entered the kindergarten from their families, they need to adapt to the new environment, new partners and new life. It may be very volatile in emotions, and teachers need to be more patient to guide them to help them adapt to group life as soon as possible.
3. Since most of the children are brought by their ancestors, these children are more delicate and overbearing. It is especially important for teachers to guide them to gradually overcome these bad habits in kindergartens.

Our park is a kind of kindergarten in the province. Our class is a Mongolian special class. Parents give great expectations to our work. Therefore, our work can only be refined and we must not let parents down.
2. Through the home visit work at the beginning of the semester, I found that some children in my class had slower eating, weak constitution and easy sweating. All of these remind us that teachers should better arrange the life of young children in the park, observe the performance of young children more carefully, pay attention to the activity of young children, and avoid causing related diseases.
Analysis of class staff:
There are two teachers and one nursery aunt in my class. We are very caring and patient with young children. Teacher Li is teaching mathematics, art, and society. Teacher Huang is teaching language, music and health. The nursery aunt is mainly responsible for the hygiene and child care work of the class . The three of us will work together to make every child grow up happy and healthy in our big family.

1. Adopt “big and small” way to let young children adapt to the collective life of kindergartens as soon as possible.
