2019 Electronic Class Spring Tour Program
The purpose of the activity: to enhance the relationship between the students, to activate the class atmosphere, better to deal with the relationship between the students.
Activity preparation: contact the travel agency by yourself, snacks come with, camera and other equipment to bring their own, motion sickness students to prepare their own items.
Activity time: Saturday, March 29, 2019
Venue: Lin'an
Event members: class teacher and electronic 071 class member and another classmate*.
Activity Itinerary: Depart from Hangzhou Normal University at 6:30 in the morning. After about 2 hours to Lin'an, start playing around 9:00, and solve it by lunch. Drive back to school at around 7 pm, one day.
The specific arrangement of the event: the tourism team has a total of 30 people, divided into 5 teams, each team of 6 people, self-detached, composed of captains and members, one male and one female. Each team leader sends the team's situation to the person in charge every hour, and the responsible person communicates the information reported by each team leader to the class teacher in time. Try to be collectively dispatched during the event to avoid leaving individual teams. If a team is to act alone or leave the team in special circumstances, the team leader should promptly report the details to the class teacher to ensure the safety of each classmate. Also remind students to keep their wallets and valuables to ensure the safety of each student's property. Collective meals at noon, and the number of people will be equal.
