At the same time, we also need to find problems, find gaps, and find deficiencies. To this end, we have worked out our company's work plan for the second half of 2011:

First, the total work objectives:

1. Grasp the sanitation, improve the quality of road cleaning, and ensure that the environmental sanitation of the development zone is leading in the city.

2. Develop greening to ensure the completion of greening maintenance and greening and cleaning tasks issued by the development zone.

3. Actively expand other engineering businesses and improve economic efficiency.

4. Ensure full production and strengthen safety awareness, especially to ensure the safety of vehicles and the safety of road cleaning workers.

5. Improve the service awareness and service concept of all cadres and employees.

6. Maintain the legitimate interests of employees, improve the welfare of employees, and ensure the stability of the workforce.

7. Strive to complete the annual operating income of 5.2 million yuan and profit and tax of 200,000 yuan.

8. Actively expand new property management business and plan to undertake integrated property management in the high-speed rail international business district.

Second, specific measures:

1. Strengthen political learning, unify thinking and understanding, and raise the awareness of all cadres and employees for the construction and development of development zones. The new situation, new development and new changes in the development zone will be conveyed to a staff member to stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees.

2. Strengthen employee business skills training. In particular, property management personnel, sub-management personnel, maintenance personnel, order maintenance personnel, cleaning staff and other departments , different types of work should regularly carry out property management knowledge, professional skills training, regular fire protection knowledge training; regular safety education for drivers .

3. Continue to implement the contract responsibility system in each department . The department head is responsible for all matters within the department , and the department head is responsible to the company manager.

1) The company intends to formally establish a supervision department, which is affiliated with the company's office and reports to the office and the general manager of the company. Since the establishment of the supervision department in the early 2019, it has greatly promoted the company's work, but the supervision is still not big enough. There is still a big gap between the company's leadership and the supervision department. 2) Major reforms in the preparation of the Environmental Guard. Carrying out the contract responsibility system, the sanitation team implements the captain responsibility system, the captain signs the contract responsibility contract, and is responsible for the sanitation work. At the same time, the sub-section is planned for contracting, and the supervision department will assess and punish the various sections; the garbage transfer station shall implement the captain responsibility system, and the captain shall sign the contract responsibility contract, and the scope of duties shall include the garbage transfer station, the fleet, the security guard, and the muck office. Sign the responsibility with the driver, clarify the driver's responsibility, power and profit, and further clarify the responsibility of the company and the driver after the safety accident; reform the original garbage station, one new compressor unit; strengthen the service Function, improve service standards, increase service to enterprises and institutions, and plan to increase the number of closed cleaning vehicles, suction trucks and sprinklers; it is planned to take over the seven-way garbage transfer station.

2) The office strengthens internal management, supervises and assesses labor discipline and performance of all departments of the company; is responsible for the comprehensive management of warehouses, automobiles, etc.; organizes manager's office meetings and team leader meetings, monthly work summary and formulates next month's work plan Arrange the supervision department to check the work of each department on a daily basis; further strengthen the material procurement, warehouse management, oil management, and must have the signature of the leader in the entry and exit of the materials; the oil ticket shall be issued by the office and signed by the general manager before being refueled, and the office will arrange a special person to accompany it; Car repair and purchase of accessories are handled by a dedicated person, and the office is arranged in a unified manner.

While ensuring the completion of the green belt maintenance and cleaning tasks issued by the development zone, we will actively expand other greening engineering businesses.

4) Continue to increase property management. Do a good job in safety training and management, regularly carry out skills training and fire training for security personnel, regularly hold skill competitions and fire drills; continue to strengthen the management of the Science and Technology Pioneer Park service area, supervise and manage the hygiene and food quality of the canteens in the service area, and ensure the dormitory The property and personal safety of the building will ensure the beautiful environment of the park, complete the construction of the park carport with high standard and high quality; continue to do the property management of the Yiyuan Citizen Plaza window, plan to declare the square greening project as the boutique garden project of Xuzhou; undertake the clean technology industrial park Greening

4. Open source and reduce expenditure, save various expenses, strengthen financial auditing, especially engineering audit, and improve the company's economic efficiency.

5. Increase the cost of property management rent and water and electricity charges to ensure timely recovery of expenses.

6. Reform the company's wage distribution system. The purpose of further improving the wages and salaries of temporary employees and reforming the driver's wage system is to make more workers, less workers, less workers, and to rationalize wage distribution as much as possible.

7. Strengthen safety production management and conduct safety knowledge training, including maintenance responsibility education, fire protection knowledge training, vehicle driving safety education, etc., especially traffic safety management, and strengthen safety awareness of drivers by conducting weekly safety education.
