First, the guiding ideology:

Carrying out more colorful literary activities, the forms are flexible and diverse, so that students can enjoy the music, attract more students to participate in the activities of the literary society, and give full play to the talents of each member, and provide favorable conditions for the improvement of students' literary standards. Strengthen the planning and guidance, make the activities standardized and regular development, and make the activities effective and long-term, so that the activities of the literary society will be evergreen and unbeaten, and become a beautiful landscape of campus culture.

Second, the work plan:

1. Continue to improve the rules and regulations of the Literary Society, formulate the literary social work plan, the literary society's charter, and improve the literary social organization structure.

2. Completion of the subscription, editing and distribution of the 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th issues of the social magazine "Cuizhu". Improve the quality of publications and manuscripts, making "Cuizhu" a more influential publication throughout the city and the province.

3. Professional teachers will do a good job in the training of members' correspondents, recruit some excellent members and correspondents in the first-year freshmen and issue certificates.

4. Establish a literary club member's information card, including student detailed information, star rating, and composition registration.

5. Continue to carry out literary lectures to expand the horizons of literary members and improve literary accomplishment. And the literary lectures are another form of literary society membership meeting. The lecture invited some outstanding teachers outside the school or the school to communicate with the members, so that the members can understand the literature more deeply and improve their literary appreciation ability.

6. Cooperate with the Academic Affairs Office to do an annual “Reading Festival” and organize the “60th Anniversary Essay Contest and the 4th “Monshan Cup” Composition Contest.

7. Do a good job in the statistical work of manuscripts, and provide correct and detailed information for the Academic Affairs Office in accordance with the principle of fairness and justice.

8. A commendation meeting will be held at the end of the semester to award prizes and honorary certificates to the members of the correspondent who have performed well during the semester.

9. Continue to improve the construction of the website of the Literary Society, add qq groups, open the blog space of Cuizhu Wenyuan, provide a platform for members of the Literary Society, improve the image of the literary society in a multi-faceted manner, and enhance the influence of the Literary Society.

10. Strengthen communication with brother schools, conduct networking activities with other school literature organizations, learn from each other, and improve together.

Third, work arrangements

I. President: Review and deal with the various regulations of the association, organize and lead the activities of the association, be responsible for all work and activities, organize a joint meeting, and discuss the major issues of the literary society.

Second, the deputy editor-in-chief of the editor-in-chief: responsible for presiding over the creation and publication of the school magazine "Cuizhu", drafting and registering manuscripts, planning essays, organizing creative lectures, etc.
