This time our office work plan is divided into three parts:

On this basis, we will add scientific management methods to improve the management of document files, such as adding catalogues and indexes on the original basis to improve the convenience of access. In addition, we will carry out the method of simultaneous management of document files and electronic files, and use the features of electronic files to facilitate the improvement of management efficiency.

Third, break through the tradition and dare to innovate

The impression given by the office is often to do some file management, file printing and distribution. In the current school year we will make everyone change this view. First of all, we will do a good job as a bridge between the teachers and the student associations of the Youth League Committee, so that the Student Council of the Youth League Committee will always be on the correct waterway. Secondly, we will work hard on the organization of the event, combining the characteristics of each department, specializing in the ministry, supplementing the shortcomings, and completing the most tasks in the shortest time as the principle of organizing activities, assisting the institutes and departments to organize a series of healthy and lively Activities to exercise the organizational skills of our department.
