First, familiar with the company's rules and regulations and basic business work. As a new employee, I have gained a better understanding of the company's business through contact with this business, but the distance is still far away. This is a big flaw for the salesperson. I hope that the company will have time to organize learning and training for new employees in the future so that the work can be more comfortable.
1. In the first quarter, we mainly focused on business learning. Since our company is in the process of opening, the department's plan has not yet been completed, and it will be in a low market period after the holiday. I will make full use of this time to supplement related business. Knowledge, earnestly study the company's rules and regulations, and fully understand the cooperation with the company's personnel; through the field to the surrounding industrial parks, in order to find new sources and understand the industrial parks in the town; through the Internet, telephone, strangers visit a variety of Ways to contact customers, step up contact with customers, and hope to form a strong customer base.
2. In the second quarter, the company has officially embarked on the track, and the industrial plant market will usher in a small peak period. With a certain understanding of the business, I will try hard to open the order as soon as possible. Turning to become an employee of our company. And with the manager of Zhu and Guo to train the newly joined employees, let the plant department grow up as soon as possible.
3. In the third quarter of the “Eleventh” and “Mid-Autumn Festival”, the market will bring a good start to the second half of the year. Moreover, with the increase in the number of paving companies, some large-scale customers can gradually infiltrate into the market, and fully prepare for the factory market war at the end of the year. At this point, I will work with other employees of the company to make every effort to further develop the company.
4. The work at the end of the year is the peak period of the year. In addition to our one-year factory promotion and customer promotion, I believe that it is the hottest time in our factory. Our department will fully carry out customer development work according to the actual situation and time characteristics, and timely adjust the work ideas of our department according to market changes. Strive to maximize the performance of the plant!
Second, develop a study plan. To do real estate market intermediation is to constantly adjust the business ideas according to the constant changes in the market. Learning is very important for business people, because it is directly related to the pace of a business person's progress with the times and the vitality of the business. . I will adjust my learning direction to supplement new energy as needed. The knowledge of industrial knowledge, marketing knowledge, department management and other related workshops are all things I have to master. Knowing ourselves and knowing each other can only be a battle.
Third, strengthen their own ideological construction, enhance overall awareness, enhance sense of responsibility, enhance service awareness, and enhance team awareness. Proactively put the work to the point and implement it. I will do my best to ease the pressure of leadership.
The above is some of my ideas for 2007, and may still be immature. I hope that the leaders will correct me. The train is running fast by the headband.
