During the semester, I worked as a trainee in seven classes to assist the class teacher Chen to manage the affairs of the class. According to the school's class work plan for this semester, I also listed a plan myself.

First, the basic situation of the class:

The seven classes of this class have 23 boys and 25 girls, for a total of 48 students. All students in the class are borrowed students, and most of them are from the original Zhihua School. Students have certain deficiencies in their learning foundation, living habits, and behavioral norms.

Second, the focus of this semester work:

1. Vigorously guide the work of student cadres, relying on the strength of cadres and class leaders to form a good class style and study style. We will strengthen the educational transformation of undergraduates and use scientific means such as “incentive education” and “successful education” to guide and transform students into future generations.

2. Organize students to carry out ideological education such as safety, health, discipline, legal system, ideal and patriotism, team spirit, etc.; extensively carry out activities such as love school and love class; learn "school rules" and "school discipline", and effectively implement the "Secondary Student Rules" And the “Regulations on the Standards of Daily Behavior of Middle School Students”.

3. Strictly implement moral education, and formulate the rules and regulations such as “Calculation of Values ​​and Daily Arrangements for Classes” and strictly implement them. Encourage students' spare time by using class meetings or after-school hours to carry out a variety of theme classes.

Third, the specific measures taken:

1. Grasp the flag raising, morning exercise, value, health, wall newspaper, and behavioral norms.

2. Strengthen the transformation work and management of the underachievers: for all students, classify and teach, strengthen the counseling for the underachievers, and learn from the perspective of caring and caring for the students. Communicate with students and parents to keep abreast of the psychological changes of students, master the development of their growth path, and strive to make progress in learning and discipline for underachievers.

3. 4. The class guides explain the general learning methods, especially its role and significance, and gradually cultivate students' correctness. 9. 10.
