Learn from multiple channels. Third, teaching work, I will be familiar with the teaching materials, do not understand, ask, humbly ask the old teachers, learn their experience, so that China and enhance themselves, actively participate in teaching and research activities, seriously study the "new curriculum standard", understand the new The teaching philosophy, changing roles, bringing smiles into the classroom, and paying attention to the overall development of students. Seriously and patiently teach every student, and every class will enable me to make progress and avoid weaknesses in the future teaching process, and strive for a better than one time to consolidate the foundation. Third, the students are the protagonists in my career. Because I have to face the children of the first grade of the National Primary School, they have their own unique personal habits. This requires teachers to be patiently trained, so the working methods should be like today. The concept of education reform is the same, using new educational concepts to educate students, and strive to change the traditional methods of education in the past. Fourth, coordinate the cooperation of parents and work with parents to educate each child. Parents are the children's first teacher, and the influence of parents on children can be seen everywhere.
