School of Stomatology, 2004 work plan
According to the 2004 work plan of the Ministry of Medicine and the situation of our hospital, we will continue to take the important thinking of the "Three Represents" as the guide, actively implement the various tasks put forward by the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and give better play to the party's contact with the workers. The role of bridges and ties, seeking truth from facts, advancing with the times, earnestly fulfilling the basic duties of the trade unions , and focusing on the following tasks:
First, actively participate in the activities carried out by the party committee on the hospital to strengthen communication between doctors and patients and improve service standards;
Second, cooperate with the party committee to carry out the construction of hospital culture, and actively carry out various forms of cultural and sports activities;
Third, continue to strengthen and improve the construction of the Teachers' Congress system, take the implementation of the "four powers" of the Teachers' Congress as the focus of work, continuously improve the quality and standards of the representatives of the Teachers' Congress, and do a good job of supplementing, replacing and training the representatives;
Fourth, further improve the work of the trade unions and meet the family-building upgrade activities carried out by the trade unions of the Ministry of Medicine;

The guiding ideology of the general work of the trade unions in our hospital in 2004: Under the leadership of the higher-level trade unions and the hospital party committee, the party’s "16th National Congress" and China were seriously implemented.
The "Fourteenth National Congress" spirit of the trade unions , working around the hospital center, serving the overall situation, highlighting the maintenance functions of the trade unions , doing practical things for the workers and the people, doing good things. Strengthening the construction of trade unions , the workers ' congresses, and striving to enter the "home of workers".
First, strengthen the construction of trade union organizations and improve the overall standard of work
1. Clarify the division of labor union members and formulate work plans and work regulations.
2. Adjust the trade union team and select the trade union team leader.
3. Conduct trade union committee members, trade union team leader training and assessment.
Second, improve the system of the Staff Representative Conference and promote the open work of the hospital affairs
1. Assist the Ministry of Medicine to complete the election of the ninth Workers' Congress representative election of the Fourth Teachers' Congress and the change of the Peking University Teachers' Congress, and complete the preparatory work for the two-level "two-generation conference" deployed by Peking University and the Ministry of Medicine.
