Party Group Trade Union 2019 Work Plan
The guiding ideology of the work of the party and group trade unions this year is: guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, closely focus on the central work of the college, and directly Under the leadership, earnestly do a good job in the work of the party and group trade unions .
I. Continue to strengthen the construction of the "Family's Home". After several years of hard work, the construction of the workers' home has begun to take shape. This year, we will continue to do the following work on the original basis:
1. Continue to do the documentation work. Reorganize and classify various files, archives, materials, etc. in the past few years, establish and improve member files, and ensure the institutionalization and standardization of file management.
2. While coordinating the work of the party and the party's general branch, continue to do a good job in school affairs, and strive to mobilize the enthusiasm of democratic participation and democratic management of all trade union members, and ensure that the work of the trade unions is carried out smoothly under the premise of democracy and harmony.
3. Maintain the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff, especially the vital interests of female employees. Party and group trade unions should always pay attention to the work and life of employees, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and do good things and do practical things for employees. This year, we will also actively participate in the “Five Good Family” and “Women’s Contributions to the Country” organized by the Association of Trade Unions , carry out special activities for female employees, and do a good job in aerobics training for female employees. Through the development of this series of activities, the social status of female employees will be further enhanced and the amateur cultural life of female employees will be enriched.
4. Do a good job of reporting information. This year, the party and group labor unions must report the activity information in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of the school union , and do one thing at a time.
Second, earnestly open the third "two generations of the conference" of the third session of the college. Opening a good faculty congress is an important manifestation of the participation of the faculty and staff in the democratic management and democratic supervision of the college. Our trade union will organize representatives of the trade unions to participate in the meeting in a timely manner, solicit opinions from the public, submit proposals to the conference, and contribute to the development of the college with practical actions.
3. Actively participate in various activities organized by the college and do a good job in the cultural and sports activities of the union . We will seriously participate in sports associations organized by the trade unions , campus art festivals, various ball games, and teachers' festivals. We will also create an excellent environment for activities and organize various cultural and sports activities in line with the actual situation of the union . The spare time of the majority of employees, such as organizing spring outings and poker competitions in the suburbs.
