Annual school union work plan for the 2013 school year
First, systematically study the " Trade Union Law", "China Trade Union Regulations", "Enterprise Trade Union Work Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations. Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the scientific development concept, we will study the knowledge of trade unions and improve Business standards, familiar with and recognize the nature and functions of trade unions , the powers and obligations of trade unions , and familiar with trade union work procedures and processes.
Second, closely surrounding the trade union report of the trade union leaders of our institute at the first trade union congress, earnestly study and implement the contents of the report, and do our best to complete the main tasks of the trade union work in the next three years.
Third, wholeheartedly rely on the majority of faculty and staff in our school, practice and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the faculty and staff of the whole hospital and actively organize and mobilize the faculty and staff to participate in the democratic management and democratic supervision of the college, and actively provide suggestions for building a national first-class independent college.
Fourth, earnestly study the regulations governing the membership of trade union members, strengthen the development of union membership in our college, membership management and related archives. According to the requirements of the trade union leaders and the higher-level trade unions , do a good job in the statistics and reporting of various types of trade union materials.
According to the actual situation of our hospital, we will do a good job in the management of the participants and issue the membership card in time.
V. Combine the actual situation of our hospital, and sort out the list of existing members of the trade union team to lay the foundation for the collection of the next contribution.
Sixth, close contact with the faculty and staff, as far as possible to fully understand and master their work dynamics and work, according to the college program, to assist trade union leaders to carry out various evaluation activities.
