In the past year, under the leadership of the League of Students, under the guidance of the "Three Represents" of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, this Council has been dedicated to the cause of volunteer service in our hospitals and schools. With the joint efforts of all the volunteers, we worked hard and worked hard and achieved gratifying results. In the new year, in order to better adapt to the new situation and solve new problems in the new year, we will continue to improve our work attitudes, work hard for our classmates, society and others. The professional skills of the volunteers are combined with the social practical experience to highlight the characteristics of the volunteer service of two-way income, so as to keep pace with the times and create new achievements.

The 2012 next semester youth volunteers will continue to carry out a series of activities with the aim of “Devotion of others, wholeheartedly serving the society”.

1. In September, the annual recruitment is carried out. When recruiting new products, the quality is strictly controlled to ensure that everyone who enters the association can have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to complete their own work. After identifying the next sector, the new members will be grouped and evaluated within the department to improve efficiency. In some small activities, the members will coordinate with each other. The minister will only make suggestions and guidance to improve the enthusiasm of the members and their enthusiasm for work, and they can also train them. At the same time, after each activity is completed, internal exchange discussions will be held to improve the efficiency and quality of future work.

At the same time, we will also hold a lecture with the Ministry of Education and the Department of Theory and Department to hold a seminar similar to the Jewelry Culture Forum and introduce the characteristics of our school.

4. In view of the fact that the jewellery duty appraisal is only for the appraisal profession, I think it is also necessary to carry out activities suitable for the design profession. For example, we can collect some small manuscripts that the students usually draw. The jewelry design drawings are sold together with the jewellery during the jewelry culture festival. In this way, the enthusiasm of the students can be improved, and a part of the charity sale can be set up as a jewellery college youth association foundation, which can also enhance the visibility of the school.

5. In terms of cultural and sports activities, we can also hold activities such as the National Language Contest of the Academy, civilized and polite language competitions, etc., which can not only improve the comprehensive quality of the students, but also enrich the students' spare time.

6. According to the understanding of the Year of the Year, the morning exercises and health conditions in our hospital are not very good. I think the Youth Association can send two volunteers each week to assist the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sports to do morning exercises and health. Management, on the one hand, can better supervise the quality of morning exercises of the students, on the other hand, it can help other departments and share certain work for them, so that the various departments can help each other and promote the development of our school. .

7. By establishing the news of our association's own website or blog publishing association and the views on some issues in the society, the students have some thoughts on the activities and suggestions for the Youth Association, and give everyone a platform for communication.

8. The preconditions for carrying out these activities must inherit and carry forward the special activities of our school, such as “Ten Lun Le, Day and Emotion”, Jewelry Culture Festival, Jewelry Sale, Jewelry Obligation and other activities.

Finally, plan ahead in advance of each event, and sum up experience and deficiencies in time after the event. After the activity has been carried out for a period of time, it is necessary to sort out and investigate the opinions of everyone. Understand our shortcomings and make timely corrections to make the Youth Association better. Improve the registration and archiving of the registration mode and service time of volunteers in our hospital. Rely on the college to create a volunteer fund to help more people who need help.
