In 2007, the trade union work of our school should adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and conscientiously implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the provincial and municipal levels. Highlighting the maintenance functions of trade unions and continuously promoting the democratic management of schools, with the implementation of various forms of trade union activities as the carrier, in accordance with the work requirements of the District Education Union in 2007, under the correct leadership of the school party branch, the trade union functions were earnestly implemented and fully mobilized. The enthusiasm of the faculty and staff to participate in the reform and development of education has truly served as a bridge and link between the party organization and the people, and has organized the trade union organization of our school into a "democratic, civilized, warm" "teacher's home."

First, strengthen democratic management, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff in accordance with the law, and strengthen the awareness of faculty and staff to participate in democratic management.

1. Adhere to the system of teaching representatives and implement democratic schools. Strengthen democratic management and democratic supervision, further improve the system of teaching representatives, strive to improve the quality of the teachers' congress, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the faculty and staff to participate in the administration of state affairs, and ensure the faculty and staff members are the masters of the country. Encourage faculty and staff to put forward reasonable suggestions for school development, promotion of school management, etc., and set up a "golden idea" mailbox on the training union network. This year, according to the requirements of the higher authorities and the actual situation of our school, the Third Session of the Tenth Teachers' Congress will be held in the second half of the year.

2. Actively promote the openness of school affairs by using the education representative conference as a carrier. Formulate practical and feasible school affairs publicity plans, make full use of the faculty meeting and the school affairs public column, etc., and make the hot issues, controversial issues, and vital interests of the faculty and staff concerned in the government's government affairs, finance and job evaluation. The issue is fully open and increases the transparency of the work. Regular symposiums were held to actively listen to the opinions and voices of the people, so that the faculty and staff members’ right to know, participate and supervise were truly implemented.

Second, give play to the educational functions of the trade unions , use the "four competitions" as a carrier to improve the overall quality of the faculty and staff, and truly implement the "creation, construction, and doing" activities.

Through the development of “the image of the teacher, the learning faculty”, the innovative teaching and research activities, the innovation work, and the information technology competition activities, the faculty and staff's learning and creativity are continuously improved, thereby enhancing the faculty's ideological awareness and work guidance ability.

1. Strengthen theoretical study. Cooperate with the party branch to do a good job in the political theory study of faculty and staff, make full use of the newspapers, the Internet and other propaganda media to help the broad masses of cadres and people grasp the party's line, principles and policies comprehensively and accurately, and comprehensively improve the political and ideological consciousness of the faculty and staff. At the same time, by learning to solve the practical problems in the work.

2. Strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics. Adhere to the people's service as the core, the principle of teamwork, focus on honesty and trustworthiness, and continuously strengthen the professional ethics education of faculty and staff. In the school's faculty and staff, we will continue to carry out the "teacher's watch image, do learning-type faculty" competition, and the school will hold a learning-oriented faculty briefing.

3. Strengthen business learning and improve guidance. Strengthen the study of modern educational theory and new curriculum reform concepts, establish lifelong learning ideas, actively participate in information technology training and foreign language training, and guide education with modern educational ideas and educational theories.

Third, carry out a variety of cultural and sports activities to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the staff.

1. In March, organize faculty and staff to carry out the "March 8" festival.

2. In April, faculty and staff will hold a table tennis match.

3. In May, the faculty and staff were organized to participate in the second “Teaching Cup” table tennis match.

4. Organize volleyball matches between various departments, strengthen the training of the school men's and women's volleyball teams, and prepare for and participate in the volleyball competitions of the Changchun Regional Training School.

5. Organize faculty and staff to participate in the 3rd National Day welcoming staff karaoke competition.

6. Organize the activities of the member activities day, organize the spring tour of teachers, celebrate the teachers' day, and celebrate the New Year's party.

Fourth, continue to implement the sunshine warming project and truly build the trade union into a "teacher's home."

1. On the basis of in-depth investigations, earnestly establish archives of employees in difficulty, formulate measures for guaranteeing insurance, effectively solve practical problems of teachers and staff members with difficulties, and visit and express condolences on a regular basis.

2. Do a good job in the collection of union dues and the management and use of mutual aid funds, and increase the transparency of the use of funds.

3, implementation of the "warm project", regular visits, condolences to sick teachers and retired teachers. Continue to implement the hospitalization of faculty and staff, and the death of immediate family members to visit the condolence system.

Fifth, strengthen the organization of trade unions and improve the overall standard of trade union work.

1. Trade union cadres must take the lead in learning, study theory, study business, and learn information technology. They must use scientific theories to arm their minds, establish the concept of lifelong learning, and improve the ideological quality and working standards of trade union cadres.

2. Adhere to the training system for trade union cadres. The trade union cadres are required to conscientiously study the theory of trade union work, actively participate in the collection activities of the regional trade union work papers, and further enhance the sense of responsibility and work ability of trade union cadres.

3. Regularly hold meetings of trade union committee meetings and trade union group leaders as required, so that there are long-term plans and short arrangements for work, and there are a number of cadres in the chest and responsibility for the implementation of posts.

4. Do a good job in the maintenance and management of the training trade union website, and strengthen the propaganda of trade union organizations and trade union work.
