I. Organize the faculty and staff to continue to learn the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Jiang Zemin's important speech and the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and thoroughly study and implement the Trade Union Law, the Teacher's Rights and Interests Law, and the Teacher Law. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the faculty and staff to build a well-off society, combine the actual situation of our school, cooperate with the general branch of the school, give full play to the functions of the trade union , promote and deepen the reform of the personnel system of our school, give full play to the democratic decision-making and democratic management of the faculty and congress The role of democratic supervision, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff, continue to do a good job in the openness of the school affairs, financial disclosure system, timely reflect the voices and requirements of the faculty and staff, solve their practical difficulties, and put the work into practice.
Second, organize a wealth of amateur campus cultural activities. Continue to organize a film event in January, usually put a video on the weekend, open the swimming pool, karaoke room and bowling alley regularly, open the club, tennis court, track and field every day. Organize faculty track and field games, volleyball games, table tennis matches, bowling competitions, karaoke competitions, ballroom dance competitions, "three-character" competitions, national language competitions, various competitions during the Spring Festival, organize a networking competition between foreign brothers and Various competitions organized by the Education Bureau. Organize faculty bands, table teams, basketball teams, badminton teams, football teams, volleyball teams, swimming teams. Caring for the children of the faculty to learn and grow, and organizing the "Six Days" Children's Day Fun Games. Continue to care about the life and study of retirees, and regularly check for their physical examinations. The “Chongyang Festival” organizes them to travel abroad, care for women workers, and organize them to study the Law on the Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests and the Regulations on the Population Planning of Guangdong Province. To solve their various practical difficulties, experts are invited to come to the school to give health knowledge lectures, and the "March 8" Festival organizes their outing activities. In the whole year, we will strive for a major monthly event, and small activities will continue, and we will strive to attract everyone from the faculty and staff.
3. Cooperate with the school administration and logistics departments to do a good job in material condolences for major holidays, organize a Spring Festival Gala draw, arrange the holiday teachers to go out to help the school to do a good job in the allocation of new houses, beautify the campus, and repair and expand the roads and parking lots. . The management of the Shenzhen Chemical Industry Association will build the archives of the trade unions , improve the members' rosters, archives and financial accounts, build the trade union website, cooperate with the office to do a good job in the three defenses, and cooperate with the school doctors to do a good job in the prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases.
