Since 2019, the Secretaries and Archives Department has continuously improved and standardized the secretarial work procedures in its daily work, actively improved the quality of services, highlighted the work style construction, and successfully completed the tasks of the department: 103 drafting and issuing various red-headed files; Reported more than 60 copies of the government, industry and commerce association, CPPCC, railway bureau, environmental protection bureau, and small and medium-sized enterprise bureau, and all kinds of leaders spoke 30 copies of more than 100,000 words; notified more than 50 company-level meetings to supervise all kinds of faxes and letters. 96 copies; edited and issued the "Sunshine Window" 11 issues of 62 pages; there was no complaint about the dissatisfaction of service due to service and document work. At the same time, we actively cooperated with the establishment of the service logistics center, the four-time staff representative conference, the Hejin-style equality negotiation collective contract sunshine observation meeting, the comprehensive office building ceremony, the Yuncheng harmonious enterprise site meeting, the corporate culture landing mobilization meeting and other company-level Important meetings and foreign affairs activities.
In 2019, in addition to the successful completion of the above daily work, several tasks were completed with a focus on the annual goals and corporate culture established by the company:
First, in accordance with the spirit of the speech of the General Committee of the General Assembly at the beginning of the year, according to the arrangement of the director of the manager's office, the revision, revision and review of the “standardized workshop management mode” will be carried out on the four standard pilot workshops. Third, the "Window of the Sun" was changed to color coated paper printing during the year. After the revision, the Sunshine newspaper was novel and rich in content. The evaluation of the communication reports of various units was changed from the monthly assessment of last year to the weekly assessment, ensuring the timeliness and pertinence of the broadcasts, newspapers and periodicals. In terms of propaganda and orientation, it has achieved a focus on the period, the report has a depth, and the assessment has rewards and punishments, which further enhances the corporate image and improves the quality of the newspapers and periodicals.
The fourth is to use the managerial organization to carry out the opportunity of the Thanksgiving Sunshine Education and Financial Crisis. The fifth is to solve some problems in the control of the archives, the processing of official documents, and the use of official seals. The company further revised the company's controlled file management methods and standardized the official seal printing procedures. At the same time, it conducted three comprehensive and systematic checks and rectifications on the work of each unit's office . .
Over the past year, under the leadership of the Director of the Manager's Office, I and the members of the Secretary of the Secretariat have successfully completed various tasks. We can say that our 10 years of work has improved greatly compared with XX, with Xiao Liu and Yan Ling. The management of the two deputy chiefs is inseparable. Get 8 times 20 times a year, not 10 times. Everyone present here has added light and added color to the secretarial department. We have won the only advanced department of the department. But looking back and seriously rethinking, we still have a big gap from the advanced, from the management point of view, or from the work business, from the details of management, there are still some problems in different degrees, I think that in summary, there are three Questions:
First, the training is not deep enough. In addition to the group training that is fixed once a month, due to the complicated affairs of the department, the time for learning is small, and the internal staff's self-active learning atmosphere is not strong enough. In the future, we should further correct the attitude of learning and further explore the interior of the department according to the requirements of the company. study method.
Second, work standards, service standards, and management processes need to be scientific, standardized, and standardized. As the assistant to the manager's office and the secretary of the secretary, the individual can't be consistent and regular in the management work, and the implementation is strong and standardized; the sense of responsibility of the department staff and the overall concept are still far from the company's requirements, especially in December. After the merger of departments and personnel, how to improve the comprehensive ability of personnel and improve the efficiency of everyone's work will be the key work of this year's department management. In the first half of this year, we will further standardize the position of the post, strengthen the assessment system, refine the work process, and establish standardized departments according to the requirements of workshop standardization. At the same time, shoulder the responsibility of corporate culture construction, and continue to promote the cultural construction of all employees.
During the year, the Secretarial Section exposed more or less problems in the controlled management of archives, file management and the use of official seals. For example, the file approval program is not strict enough, the file review is not serious enough, and so on. This shows that our work standards are not high enough, the implementation of the system is not thorough, and the details management is not taken seriously. This requires us to work hard to strengthen the business training of our own and secondary units, improve the system rules, and standardize the work flow.
Third, the atmosphere of a harmonious team and happy work is not strong.
Since the crisis last year, everyone has been able to respond positively to the company's response to decision-making, and harmony between itself and oneself is the greatest harmony. The basis of happy work is to talk about unity and responsibility. Less reporting, less communication, and less movement.
In 2019, for the group company, it will be the biggest year for development. It is also the year with the greatest opportunity. My personal and secretarial departments will continue to focus on “fine management, professional team building, and implementation of the system.
