XX year was the turning point of my work. After nearly one year of implementation of the Heilongjiang PMS project, it was officially transferred back to the R&D department in March this year. For work, I have only one requirement for myself: no matter what job, I will do my best. The main work in the past six months is summarized as follows:

I. Implementation of the Heilongjiang PMMS project

In January and February of the beginning of the year, I have been on a business trip to do the PMS project in Heilongjiang. During the period, the main work was still the technical support and handover work of the PMS project.

Second, after returning to the R&D department

In the following three months, I was transferred back to the company's R&D department and incorporated into the successor group. A new work process began. At this point, although I have been in the job for a year, this job is still new to me. From the beginning of business learning and the learning of the basics of c#, to the optimization of the steps into the program, every day has been full, and gradually adapted to the rhythm of this work.

Perhaps, the work should be busy, but sometimes it feels a bit messy. Since it is a summary of work, it is necessary to have a summary of the actual work, but also a summary of its own ideas. The work is people-oriented, at least to recognize itself. Although it is necessary to do the task of assigning superior leaders, is it necessary to consider the situation of employees? Sometimes, when I reflect on myself, I say that I am doing my job well. What is my job? Quite frankly, I did have a similar confusion.

I have always been very satisfied with my work, because I have been doing my best to do my job, no matter what the job. Looking back now, I started to modify the program after I became familiar with a business. At that time, I was still confident in myself and confident to do it well, although it would take more time than others. No matter whether it is business or programming, it is the result of time accumulation. I can't compare a new person with someone who has had years of programming experience. No matter how others look at it, I know that I am constantly striving to make progress and do my best to do my job well. These are enough.

At work, before doing things, I will first do it according to my own logic and ideas. If I don’t understand anything, I will ask for advice at the first time. Sometimes I feel that there is a big gap in the business, especially in the actual process of maintenance. In the future work, I will spend a little time each day to understand some related programs. I believe that as long as they persist, they will bring a qualitative leap to themselves.

Now, the R&D department has been reorganized, and I hope that in the process of gradual and in-depth development of the work, we can achieve the effect it should achieve. Serious work is my job, and for the company, there is only a little hope, and I hope that the treatment can be better.
