Second, poverty due to illness and old age are still the focus of social concern. Third, the issue of petitions by rural women's land rights cannot be ignored. Fourth, the problem of compensation for traffic accidents cannot be put in place, and how the government can solve it.

Second, establish and improve the network of rights organizations to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women

1. Establish and improve a social help network to solve the problems of poor women's survival, rights protection and development. Establish a women's legal aid center to solve the problem that poor women can't afford a "lawsuit" because of economic difficulties, so that all women can live and work under the protection of legal justice. The Legal Aid Center provides legal advice and legal assistance to women. More than one hundred person-times have solved the problem of women’s “fighting difficulties”.

The Women’s Federation of the City and the Public Security Bureau jointly established the “Green Channel for Safeguarding Rights”. The case was supervised and the public security organs were defended. It also seized the frontier of defending rights and provided favorable evidence for future prosecutions and trials. Coordinate with the public security organs to actively detect criminal cases that violate the legitimate rights and interests of women and children. The Women’s Federation and the court have set up a “rights collegiate panel” to deal with cases involving the interests of women and children. The vice-chairman in charge of rights protection has become a juror of the court according to law, and participates in the trial to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.

Third, meticulously organized and in-depth development of the "safe family". We have included the "Safe Family" creation activity as an important task of social stability and spiritual civilization construction in the assessment of the city's women's federation system. In the assessment of civic morality and professional ethics, we also pay attention to the education of family virtues. The safety and stability of the family will be included in the primary educational content, meetings will be held, archives will be issued, and the creation of “safe family” will be studied to ensure the stability of the party and promote the in-depth development of the “safe family” creation activities. First, during the three-eighth period of this year, the city held the “Chongqing Family” Advanced Recognition Meeting. 4. Caring for women's health and publicizing health insurance

In order to implement the "Women's Rights and Interests Protection Law" and improve the women's security mechanism, improve the health protection level of women in the city and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural women.
