1. Indicator completion

2. Market development work
According to the self-supporting work indicators issued by the branch, our team members carried out a careful analysis, combined with the production status and product structure of the unit, initially determined the pumping unit, wellhead fittings and downhole tools as the main target of the unit. The external market mainly worked hard on the accessories of the drill company and the underground resource company. After hard work, the total contracted work amounted to about 450,000 yuan. While developing the external market, we also actively explored the internal market of the group and contracted the processing tasks of more than 500,000 yuan of pumping unit accessories.
3. Production organization
In the first half of the year, my work volume has been relatively large, mainly drilling accessories and pumping unit accessories. The parts processed for the Group's pumping unit branch are large in batch size, tight in construction period, and have high quality requirements. In response to these problems, we are able to use a reasonable process to ensure the production schedule, and each worker saves a lot of time according to the process operation, which improves production efficiency and processing quality. The process equipment was used for the large batch of workpieces, and the workers were arranged to work overtime. All the accessories were completed in the first time, and the user's satisfaction was achieved.

This year, the company handed over the assembly task of the vacuum heating furnace control cabinet to our unit. We paid special attention to this work and equipped it with highly skilled operators. 4. Technical training for employees
