4. Raise funds and update hydrological infrastructure. The three hydrological stations in the reservoir area are the three inbound hydrological stations established by the Bureau in 1976. After the establishment, they played a major role in the flood control dispatching of the reservoir. Since the three stations have been in operation for more than 30 years, the infrastructure and technical equipment have been seriously aging without modification and renovation, which has seriously affected the flood control of the reservoir.
