In the past six months, under the correct leadership of the company's leadership classes and section chiefs, we have focused on the work objectives at the beginning of the year, vigorously strengthened business learning, and continuously improved our business skills. Adhere to starting from zero, deeply embrace the "grateful" mentality, strengthen service awareness, and received good results.

First, strengthen business skills, and stick to starting from zero. In my daily work, I always insist on starting from scratch, starting from now, starting from myself and starting from small things. As the driving force of "there are in the pot, there will be in the bowl", we strive to achieve dedication, innovative thinking and passionate work in ordinary positions. At the same time, to strengthen the sense of service, always remember the "traveler is God" "small passengers are big things" provisions, and actively sing "I am the company's window" "I am the company's image spokesperson" melody.

Second, strict requirements, strict compliance with the company's various rules and regulations. In normal work, we always insist on strict and difficult to meet ourselves, and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations. Work can be done early, early preparation.

Third, diligence and dedication, and constantly improve service awareness. Be able to treat every job seriously and correctly. Supermarket work is a cumbersome matter in itself, especially in the field of processing and production. Sage Cloud: Don't be busy, busy and wrong. Therefore, in my usual work, I can do it in a busy manner and be methodical. The work starts and ends, and with the changes of the season, the goods are adjusted and exchanged at any time, so that the safe payment, sanitation, and sincere enthusiasm for the passengers, the service awareness has improved.

Recalling the work of the past six months, although some progress and achievements have been made, there are still some shortcomings in some aspects. Individual work is still not perfect, and there are not many creative work ideas. In the future work, I will improve it, and work hard to learn the rules and regulations, as well as the "Employees' Colorful Handbook" and "Disciple Rules". It is his own ideological consciousness, and the service consciousness and work efficiency have entered a new level.
