China Unicom is the largest telecom operator in China. It has been six years since I arrived at Unicom. After the leadership care, the help of my colleagues and my efforts and adjustments, I have now fully integrated into the family of the company. At the same time, I also have some experience and ideas to take this opportunity to talk about:

I like this job, it makes me find that I am very friendly, not afraid of contact with people, and high pressure resistance. I am at work, as if doing a different job, the secret is that I keep an interest in the company and work.

My job is mainly to communicate directly with customers directly. That is to help customers to successfully use Unicom's services. Unicom's customers are widely distributed, from all walks of life, and even state agencies, such as the State Administration of Taxation and the Bureau of Industry and Commerce. I have therefore made a lot of friends and shared different experiences with people from different industries, which has become another fun in my work.

The salesperson's work content is highly repetitive. Many people think that it is hidden and can't see tangible results. I think this work is very interesting. Its joy and pain come from customers. When watching TV, movies, and reading, it seems that all right or wrong is clear, not white or black, but in the face of customer reactions, many times it is unreasonable to say, I have to calmly face their emotional complaints, even Awkward words.

At the beginning, I often thought that China Unicom was not opened by my family. The customers were not good. Why did you smack me indiscriminately? I was often depressed by the unreasonable reaction of the customers. But at the same time, I also have the joy of being indescribable. I remember that in the second week of my salesperson, a customer would not use my PHS. I don’t even know the phone number. I patiently taught him to operate and spent nearly half an hour. I was taught, and I heard the customer’s gratitude, and I almost jumped up in excitement.

After that, every time he went to the business desk to handle the business, he would express gratitude to me again and again. I was particularly pleased to hear his praise and said that this is what I should do. Later he even advertised to the people nearby, saying that he was very satisfied with our service.

After all, the salesperson has to solve the problem. In addition to being kind, he has to learn to calmly face the emotions of the customers and not be led by their emotions. Sometimes the customer will not know where the problem is, and the salesperson has to calmly help the customer find the problem in order to solve it smoothly.

Because the salesperson's work is very trivial, often the sense of frustration is greater than the sense of accomplishment, but once you have a sense of accomplishment, you will be happy for several days. Therefore, it is a bit of a chicken personality to be a salesperson. If you are a self-sufficient person, it is hard to enjoy it. Someone asked me if you are a big man who is not good at doing anything. You have to go to Unicom to be a salesperson. What does the company give me? I think the company has given me a stage for work and an opportunity to continue my studies. If you complain about the hard work and are too careless, then you will live up to your company and live up to this opportunity.

I usually don't have too many demands on my personal image. What is natural, kind, and smiling is not so important. After entering Unicom, the seemingly simple things were not so simple. Just take the Yingbingang every morning before 8:30 in the morning, saying that the station should be straight, the clothes should be complete, and the language should be diligent. All of them represent the image of Unicom. Through my own work, I can truly integrate myself into Unicom, enjoy the customer's gratitude and praise to us, and let me understand that one thing is: it is not difficult to do one thing, the hard part is how to persist!

Speaking is something we can't leave every day, but how to say it and how to say it is an art. How to make customers feel the feeling of God is not something that can be achieved in a while. "Hello! Welcome!", "Hello! Is the payment? Please sit down, please report the number.........", how simple a language, simple words, but represents Unicom's customers Sincerity and care! This also teaches me how to do things for people, how to be a sincere person!

Through these days of work, my skills in all aspects have been improved.
