3. Accept customer complaints and timely coordinate relevant departments to properly handle them, and actively respond to the call of the five spirits of the group's employees. Give full play to the advantages of its own department, in the work attitude is anxious, a high degree of customer awareness, the customer's business as their own affairs, highly responsible for high sensitivity. 4. Do a good job in the company's text work and draft texts and reports. We will conscientiously do a good job in sending, receiving, registering, and distributing the relevant files of the department; department files, examination and approval forms, and agreement documents will be compiled and archived, and data archiving will be done well, and customer data management will be done well.
Second, to strengthen their own learning, improve their business level, because they feel that their burden is very heavy, and their knowledge, ability and experience have a certain distance from their positions, so they dare not take it lightly, always study, learn from books, The surrounding leaders learn and learn from colleagues, so I feel that I have made some progress in the past six months.
