First, the positive attitude, efforts to complete the work and maintenance department is an important pivotal department of the company's operation, the sales and maintenance of many machine consumables and the promotion and installation of new machines are inseparable from the technical staff of the maintenance department, as the maintenance department's dispatch The staff should also do a good job of returning the customer's telephone call and the maintenance staff.
Since the end of May, I graduated to Xinjiang Acer Electronics Co., Ltd. and worked in the maintenance department in the maintenance department. I am mainly responsible for the double entry of the computer and data box of the customer maintenance record data and the establishment of the customer installation file. When I go to work every day, I start to collect the work order of the technicians, collect the statistics of the work order collection, and regularly return the customer's phone. Finish the day's work on time, the work never drags, and the time is life. In addition to my job, there are occasional things that need to be dealt with temporarily, and it is usually urgent, but I will make time to actively work outside the program and I will treat it if my job is not affected. Work is more about speed and efficiency.
Second, summing up the experience, correcting the mistakes, I also made mistakes when I made mistakes. I didn’t have enough work for my own work. I didn’t have much brains. The delivery of the invitation letter from the Finance Department of the District Health Department was not completed successfully. Afterwards, I summed up the experience. Lesson: You shouldn't be in contact with their leaders first. Usually, leaders are more busy. They usually have a lot of meetings, so I will be rejected. I should start with their grassroots staff. Afterwards, I returned to the company with frustration, and my heart was filled with self-blame. However, the timely and timely meeting has greatly encouraged us. I am determined to work harder in the future and think twice before doing everything.
