I also remember that most of you have been ignorant when you entered college, and you are strong now. This is what you have cultivated during the year when you entered the quality class, and we all worked together to make the eighteenth. Perhaps, as a person in the game, you can't see your progress. However, as a person in charge, I clearly see your progress. This is a subtle advancement, an advance that can further promote self-improvement. Your potential has already been discovered, and the rest is how you go beyond yourself and build on this! I believe that the 09 members of each quality class are able to ask themselves very rigorously, because you can do better!
Second, the situation of the team of responsible persons. The team of the third team of the quality class consists of ten members at the 08 level. In this year's work, our team of 08 leaders, dare not say how good it is, the most basic is that our team can perform their duties well. In the course of the person in charge of this year, we are not fully in place in organizing various activities, and there are many places that are not done properly. We have been reflecting and summarizing ourselves. In general, we have basically completed the work plan for the incumbent period, and at the end of each semester we will summarize the semester work plan. In this year's work, the ten responsible persons, while fulfilling their respective duties, have also improved their comprehensive capabilities in all aspects. At the same time, our comradeship between each other has been strengthened and consolidated in the continuous running-in. Third, the development of the organization. In our year, our quality class carefully recalled that there was nothing to do earth-shattering. We are more of a process of ascension of the self. The internal stagnation of the first half of the year made each of us understand what the nature of our organization is, what our organization's philosophy is, and what our ultimate goal is. In the second half of the year, we consciously increased some of the external contacts. Communicate and learn with the excellent organizations of the scholastic. We also carried out corresponding activities to the outside world, breaking through the inherent limitations and communicating with other organizations. In the communication, we also found some gaps between ourselves and excellent organizations. Secondly, on the basis of inheriting the good style and habits of the second session, the heads of our third quality class can carry out necessary innovations according to the development needs of the organization. We have newly established an editorial department according to the development of the quality class, which is mainly responsible for the writing of the history of the quality class, as well as the publication and distribution of our monthly magazine "walker". At the beginning of the school year, we also set up a new external department, which is mainly responsible for external liaison work. Also, we have carried out the refinement of the organization's eighteen articles, which is waiting for the next quality class to continue. Our third quality class and the quality class of the fourth session can basically implement the 18 articles very well in this school year. As for the promotion of each person, this is a hidden result, which also requires each Members reflect and summarize themselves. At present, all the work progresses are very good. I also hope that the next quality class can inherit the fine traditions of our organization and do not always be book-based, empiricism, and must learn to analyze specific issues. Fourth, on our follow-up development. On the evening of June 25th, we held a quality class change and summary meeting. The team of the fourth person in charge of the quality class took over the quality class banner that we passed down in the third session. This shows that we have completed a heritage, and the future development burden of the quality class falls on the shoulders of the fourth team of responsible persons and quality class members. Regarding the follow-up development of the quality class, we feel that there are still four such words - inheritance and innovation. It is to combine the fine traditions of the previous three developments and give play to the good style of our first three sessions.
