First, adhere to the main line of learning and continuously improve the overall quality of the staff of the hospital.
At the regular meeting on Friday, I concentrated on the guidelines and policies of the central provinces and municipalities on rehabilitation and the cause of the disabled and the directives of the Health Bureau. The directors of each department reported the number of visits this week, the staff took the initiative to do things, humanized management, and the problems and suggestions of the staff. The medical record writing format and rules are standardized. Medical records are an important basis for patients to be admitted to hospital for treatment and an indicator for measuring the quality of medical care. Rehabilitation hospitals have different skills and techniques for employees, and they have worked hard to standardize the rules and formats for medical records.
