Focusing on the recovery of wages for migrant workers, implementing the Labor Security Supervision Regulations and the Labor Contract Law, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and building a harmonious labor relationship, we have worked hard and achieved certain results. The work progress is summarized as follows:

I. Development

1. Carry out special inspections on the signing of labor contracts for migrant workers

According to the archival requirements of the Notice of the Special Notice on the Signing of Labor Contracts for Migrant Workers [XX] No. 31, according to the actual situation of various employers in our city, the Bureau will be from March 16 to April 15 of XX. On the day of the city, 194 household units of the migrant workers labor contract signed a special inspection, involving 5,791 employees, 5,147 migrant workers, migrant workers signed 2,385 labor contracts, ordered to 986 labor contracts.

2. Reporting the establishment of the lawsuit and the completion of the work

In the first half of the year, a total of 10 complaints and reported cases were received, 10 cases were closed, and the settlement rate was 100%, which was 455 recovered wages totaling 3,501,734 yuan.

3. Actively participate in the work of the Bureau of Letters and Visits to maintain stability;

7. Labor security annual review work

To fully implement the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both employers and laborers, and strive to build and develop a harmonious and stable labor relationship in Qingzhen City, according to labor in Guiyang City. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, under the leadership of the Party Group, the XX year labor security annual review work was carried out in the city on April 1st, XX. So far, a total of 278 units have been reviewed, involving employees 8724. People, labor contracts signed 8724 people, social insurance paid 7065 people. Through the annual review order, 1068 labor contracts were reissued, and 432 people were paid to pay social security, and the amount of social security paid was paid, 15,1200 yuan/month.

Second, the next step is to work

1. Continue to carry out the annual review of labor security supervision, and plan to review more than 360 labor units in the year. Those who refuse to participate in the annual review shall be punished in strict accordance with the Regulations on Labor Security Supervision;

2. Continue to do a good job in special inspections. In the second half of the year, it is planned to carry out two special inspections, one special inspection of illegal labor and employment, and a special inspection on the payment of wages of migrant workers at the end of the year;

3. Continue to do a good job in identifying work-related injuries to ensure that no wrong cases occur during the year;

4. Continue to do a good job in the handling of labor inspection cases to ensure that the settlement rate is 100%;

5. Do a good job in paying the security payment for the wages of the construction workers;

6. Carry out data collection for the mobile population of the employer;

7. Carry out special inspections of employers who have been complained and reported since XX years in the city's jurisdiction.
