In order to better enable all party members and community-based units to actively participate in party building work, the community will be turned into a safe and harmonious community, combined with the hot issues that the community members are currently most concerned about, so as not to cause cross-level petitions and group incidents, and give full play to the community. Party members’ role as a vanguard and mobilize the enthusiasm of the community-based units to maintain social stability. First, our community signed a four-building agreement with the community-based legal person and party members and established a joint organization. On the afternoon of March 26, a working meeting was held in the community units and all party members. At the meeting, there were 8 private companies and 18 party members including Shuanglong Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. Three foreign retired members of the community were also invited. At this meeting, the "Opinions on the Implementation of the "Four Joint Construction" Activities of the Community Party Building in the Shuangtaizi District Committee of the Communist Party of China" was first discussed. After discussion, two institutions for the establishment of the party building in the forward community were established. One is the "Guiding Committee for the Party Building Work of the Advance Community". Members are retired old party members and private enterprise bosses. The secretary of the general branch of the community tells the purpose and significance of the agreement between the community party general branch and the resident enterprises and all party members to sign the party building "four joint construction". The general branch secretary of the community signed different agreements with the eight companies and 18 party members. The party members and business representatives who attended the meeting said that they have this agreement and they know that they can do something for the community and for the residents. The second is that in order to allow enterprises to participate in the building of the "four-building" of the party building, our community party general branch has cultivated Sun Baowen, the legal person of Rongsheng Plastics Co., Ltd., as an activist to join the party.
