Objectively, the first is that the hills and hills of my site are low, the mountains are low and the slopes are slow, and the traffic is convenient. Once the fire occurs, the scene can be quickly reached. Second, the depression of the side of the field in Berlin is extremely high, and the light under the forest is lacking. Less weeds, less vegetation and less humus. This is inconvenient with the steep slopes of the Liuyu forest farm, the weeds in the forest are flourishing, and the risk of forest fires is less than that of the forest under the humus.

Because of the two favorable conditions for forest fire prevention that exist objectively, every time the forest fire prevention period, some cadres and workers in our field have the idea of ​​lax and numbness. Institutional management is not strict, and the ideological attention is not enough, resulting in insufficient understanding of the arduous nature of our forest fire prevention tasks.

In response to the ideological situation of cadres and workers, we convened a forest fire prevention meeting in time. Through careful analysis of the forest fire prevention situation in our field, we all agreed that the possibility of forest fires in our field still exists. There are three main reasons:

First, although the forest in our field is located in the hilly area, the mountain is low and the traffic is convenient. However, once a worker’s mind is paralyzed, a fire occurs, and if it is found to be untimely, it can also cause a fire.

Second, although the side forests of our field are relatively closed, there are few weeds under the forest and there is very little humus. However, after years of growth in the mountains around the edge of the forest, the mountains and grasses flourished, and most of them formed a thick humus layer. Once a forest fire occurs in the forest, it can also trigger a forest canopy fire, causing a forest fire. If the fire is not timely, if it is not found in time, it will be unprofitable.

Third, the wooden villas built by the developers in the forest park have been dried up after years of wind and sun, and they are very easy to attract. Once the electricity management is not good, it will directly trigger the arborvitae crown fire. Going to the gate of the Winter Forest Park, due to the inadvertent use of electricity, it took less than half an hour to be divided into ashes. If it is in the wooden villa area, the consequences are not conceived.

Through careful analysis of the above three reasons for possible forest fires, the whole scene has recognized the serious situation of forest fire prevention in our field, and the ideas are more unified and the understanding is more consistent.

Seriously do a good job in the implementation of various work systems for forest fire prevention. After entering the forest fire prevention period, after the special martial law period, the forest police and the fire brigade regularly conduct forest fire inspections on the forest areas, and find problems in time to correct them. In accordance with the annual forest fire prevention responsibility signed with the forest directors and forest guards, carefully check and implement the responsibility to each forest guard and each responsible person. Make the forest areas clear responsibility and smooth information. Each observatory overlooks the weather. Lookout towers, lookout points work together, the key period, die and watch. Continue to do joint work with townships. There are colored stones and port towns bordering the forest farms. It is very important to do a good job in forest fire prevention. Enter the forest fire prevention period, after the special fire martial law. In combination with the actual situation, various propaganda materials will be compiled, and the broadcasting equipment of each forest area and Linyuan Village team will be used to broadcast and publicize regularly. Make eye-catching warning signs at the entrances to the forests, write warning signs for forest protection and forest fires, hang banners, and really grab the source. Arrange the fire brigade three or six squadrons to unite with the two town forestry stations, and regularly conduct forest patrols and inspections at the edge of the forest farms, so that they can see the smoke and fire, and promptly hand them over to the local forestry station for treatment. Promote coordinated development of forest fire prevention work in forest farms and townships.

Establish a forest fire prevention archive card. In order to make the forest fire prevention work fine, thoroughly understand the basic situation, fully understand the basic situation of each forest area, and do a good job in forest fire prevention work. Do a good job in forest fire patrol inspection in the forest park scenic area. This year, in order to do a good job in the forest fire prevention work in the scenic spot, increase the intensity of forest fire prevention work in the scenic spot, set up a forest fire prevention checkpoint at the entrance of the park, and send a special person to cooperate with the park to carry out fire inspection and collect the fire. Our field is a forest farm of arborvitae pure forest. The probability of forest pests and diseases is very high. It is another important work after forest fire prevention. The main pests in our field include Platycladus orientalis, Platycladus orientalis, Platycladus orientalis, and S. sylvestris. This year, due to the role of climate and natural enemies, Platycladus orientalis, Platycladus orientalis, and S. serrata all occur slightly.
