Full implementation of the "National Secret Carriers Secrecy Management Regulations", confidential documents in the transmission and reception, transmission, use, custody and retreat and other aspects of the registration and clear procedures. It is stipulated that the files are not allowed to be cross-transferred, and they are not allowed to be brought into the home or public places. The files and files that are borrowed from the outside should be approved by the unit leaders, so that the files submitted are complete and there is no loss. It is strictly forbidden to bring confidential files and materials out of the organization. It is indeed necessary to carry confidential files and materials out of the office due to work needs. After approval by the main leaders, they will be carried in a special file box. All files and materials issued at various meetings attended by the higher authorities will be submitted to the office for registration and custody. 2. Strengthen the confidential management of computer information networks.
